m24, i get these bumps quite often

These small lumps keep appearing around my ears and then going away again, usually quite quickly. They seem to come and go rather than staying in one place. They don't itch, burn, hurt, or cause any other symptoms.

I'm wondering if they could be swollen lymph nodes, small cysts, or something else entirely. Anyone has any idea what it could be?

kinda obsessed with my gums..

I'm 24M and I've been kind of obsessing over my gums.. My old dentist told me that I have some gum recession, probably caused by aggressive brushing. Since then I've moved and had to change dentists. I've now seen two different dentists at my new place, and neither seemed concerned about my gums.

The first one didn't mention the recession at all. With the second one, I specifically asked for their opinion because I was worried about it, and they basically said that my gums look fine but i have thin biotype . However, neither dentist actually did any periodontal probing or other specific perio tests. I think what's bothering me is that because nobody has actually done the tests, I still can't completely reassure myself that everything is okay and i'm afraid of undiagnosed perio.. ? do you think my gums look good?

(the first picture is how i normally close my mouth the others are not)

wisdom teeth, how bad is it?

The little white line near the one on the right is the nerve, right? How difficult would this surgery be realistically

PRGF vs PRF for impacted wisdom tooth extraction

I’m getting my two lower impacted wisdom teeth removed soon, and my dentist is trained by the BTI Biotechnology Institute and recommended using PRGF (Plasma Rich in Growth Factors) during the procedure. I've read that PRF and PRGF are quite similar, basically doing the same thing, one simply being a proprietary system, but how much does it actually work? Has anyone any real experience? Should i trust them, is it even a known institute? I dont want to get scammed..

My biggest fear is related to bone loss caused by the procedure, i've read some horror stories of it slightly changing your jawline, and even though some dentists say that's not possible, i have still been overthinking it for a while. Are these procedures actually known to help with tissue regeneration?

Ignoring the wisdom teeth, should i not be concerned? Both my dentist and some others online who saw the pictures were not preoccupied about potential boneloss, but i cant stop thinking about it (i will see a perio next week).

Is the difference in bone level between the left and right sides not concerning? The online dentists all agreed that it was simply caused by how panoramic xrays work, but how are them all so sure about it? Is there a way to determinate if its real boneloss or just the xray showing it worse than it is?

It doesnt seem like i have any gum recession on those teeth, so idk.

centro riparazioni cellulari?
