I'm not sure if this is supposed to be like this but, I've checked into sony website and it says the light is supposed to turn off when full charge. Anyone else knows how it works? is my unit broken?

When the battery reaches around 80%+ the charging fluctuates. I tried using my sister's brand new charger that came from her phone it's showing the same. I'm using a poco f4.
