Students who gave HSSC-1 exams, what are y'all doing in this free time?

Are you guys doing anything productive or something that'll help you in the future?

Or are you watching the days pass by, hoping to do something instead of being lazy?

Why the hell are Syeds still considered "better" than other muslims in 2026?

Please read this!

Just came across this video on Instagram and it's not to be taken positively because it promotes the idea that syeds are better and superior than other muslims.

Syeds have ruined the image of Islam for me. I was a sunni for 15 years of my life, and started learning about Shia Islam and came to know It's more factual and logical. I follow the Shia faith now. I've been praying like the Shias for around an year now and try to learn new things about it. But seeing the attitude of Syed Shia Muslims towards non-Syeds muslims, it's nothing but disgusting, discriminatory and racist.

There's people who think syeds hold special status in society and there's loads of posts on social media about syeds being more respectable and to be cared for than non-Syeds. Syeds this, syeds that. I feel so fucking left out because of this bs. On various times I've felt like I don't belong here and I have no right over Husayn and the AhlulBayt AS or that they( AhlulBayt AS ) care more about syeds. This had led me to be disheartened alot. When Prophet SAWW clearly said no arab is better than an ajmi and no ajmi is better than an arab; no white is superior to black and no black is superior to white, what the hell are syeds still upto after 1400 years!

In Imam Bargahs, it sometimes feel like it's a place only for those who have a lineage to the Prophet SAWW.

Few weeks ago, a man posted a video saying that Syeds can marry non-Syeds and a man commented "syed aur ghair syed kabhi barabar nahi ho saktay" which translates to "Syeds and non-Syeds can never be equal in status" and few other comments were saying the same thing.

There was a trending audio on Instagram/tiktok where a girl in the background is saying "We( non-Syeds) stay two steps behind from syeds because they're Aal-e-Rasool( children of the Prophet ), and it was used by syeds in their reels and edits.

To be clear, I'm aware that not all syeds are like this and it's a subcontinent( India, Pakistan, Bangladesh ) thing, probably in iran, iraq too; but the reverts and just common people there who are sensible, are fed up of this superiority complex among syeds. SORRY for the curse words but I've been keeping it all in me for a long time!

Why is there a cross option on these files?

I copied a movie from my HDD to my laptop and now there is a cross sign on these files. This makes me wonder what would happen if I clicked on it when opening the file.

What is the reason for them showing?

How can I remove that sign?

Why is GDebi installer not working?

It just does this every time and no app is installed.
There is no progress bar for installation progress.
App doesnt even download in the background as I thought it would.

Can anyone recommend a good installer?

Can Flathub spy on us?

Can flathub spy on us by accessing data that we have in our flatpaks?
For example, if I download VLC media player as a flatpak, do they know what videos or photos are we playing in them?

Yo why tf do they always do this?

They call reasonable men incels and would deny that femcels even exist!

Plus the last reply is just straight up ass! I'm convinced some women aren't real people walking Among us

u/aliahmadisld — 8 days ago

This woman said this about my domestic trauma

The text in the reel translates to this:

She( wife ): Household chores should be done 50/50

Me( husband ): Then bills would be 50/50 too

Just a light headed joke.

I don't remember the comment exactly but I reckon it was about a girl whining about women having it way harder in the house all day working and dealing with household trauma and something like that. As if their husbands aren't getting their ass burnt in 45°C of Pakistan lol.

I said in the replies that men do loads of household work too and my sister manipulates my mother and she's ruined my mental health; always fights, backbiting about me and loads of other stuff, drawing me to self harm multiple times..this woman who I suppose is also a mother by looking at her, said this and I can't get it out my head how evil some women are. And we've been fed how scientifically and biologically women are very empathetic than men, giving them the empathetic gender title which is used almost everytime under a video of a woman helping anyone and the girlies all gather to support her. Iykyk.

I have nothing but curses for women like these, especially her. I pray with my whole heart she faces everything what she has brought to others. Fuck these bitches ong.

If you have questions, please ask. This was back in June 2025

Why are some women so quick to judge a guy for having an opinion?

TW: Rape, harassment

If this post goes against any rules, please let me know.

I was honestly disgusted that she said I'm normalizing harassment and I need to be sent to hell. I was gonna respond to that but her comment was either deleted or removed.

These are the same women who will rightfully complain about misogyny but wouldn't bat an eye on any other issue going on other than that.

My response was gonna be this:

"CONFIRMATION BIAS GOES CRAZYYY!

Things might seem new to you when all you do is defend things mindlessly because I never said that men don't commit hate crimes or women aren't in danger mostly because of men.

You're the one who said women don't commit hate crimes or don't rape; and now you're switching your own point to the "drastic differences" between the ratio of these crimes. At least don't contradict yourself.

>You thought you’re nailing something with this? What a hypocrite who just cry whenever someone talks about women and their rights.

I never thought I'm nailing anything with that, and I'm never against women's rights. That's just you projecting your assumptions about me, if that makes you feel better i guess.

>men like you who just normalize harassment deserves worst and a special place in hell.

God doesn't move with your command. You can never prove that I normalize harassment. That's horrible that you think I'm normalizing harassment.I've been harassed physically and verbally several times. I would never "normalize" that shit.

>Keep normalising harassment until it’s happening with your daughter or your sister bcs that’s where trash like you will draw a line.

What do I even say... This is like wishing for conservative parents to have gay children so that they( parents ) will have to suffer carrying "abnormal and sinful" children. Wishing distress over innocent relatives as emotional collateral to change my point? This is just an analogy btw. "

I honestly need answers from both men and women because I believe I can be wrong too, I'm not perfect. Please call me out where I'm wrong.

Every time I got harassed or was in need of help, i had my friend standing by me and that's why I don't hate on all men. But women in my own house, Istg, have made my life hell. Constant judgements, mockery, and so many factors that I can't list coz my english isn't that good. My fam would defend my sisters in her wrongdoings just because they're elders? They'd laugh in my face when I said she can be wrong too. Don't get me wrong, I'm not hating on women. If she's a pos, doesn't mean it has anything to do with her gender, I believe; but I don't see the same from the opposite side.

I want to learn the full story of Karbala but I'm worried

I was a Sunni Muslim for almost fifteen years. I am 17 now and have some knowledge of Shia Islam. I was brought up to be sceptical of the Shia faith. I used to troll them even though I knew nothing about it. However, at a certain point in my life, I started researching Shia Islam and realised it was true. I researched crucial topics such as the Battle of Fadak, the Attack on Fatima's house, the Jamal incident, the Pen and Paper incident, the Imamate and the Ghadeer incident, and realized that Sunni scholars and "molvis" had been hiding these sensitive topics from us since childhood.

But one of the most, or perhaps the most important topic, Karbala , is what I'm not fully aware of, maybe not even the basic story. I want to learn about it but I'm worried I might learn any fabricated/altered or propaganda info..I hope y'all get what I'm trying to say. Can you guys please recommend any full story lectures about the incident of Karbala in detail, on Youtube if it's available there. I know there's plently of lectures already available but I see that alot of them are from faceless animated channels. I want to see it from the Twelver Shia perspective. I don't mean hate towards Sunnis, I'm just tryna be careful with my source of knowledge.

Extreme misandry and discrimination in Pakistani subreddit.

Trigger warning: rape, violence.

Please skip this if you're already on the verge of breaking down or having severe mental health issues.

Giving birth to these people should be considered a crime lol.

This might be a long set of screenshots to read but shit is getting crazy out here. It's crazy how they're brainwashed so easily. There is no hope left.

I swear to God this is giving cult energy!

A few points I noticed that expose the irony of girls and women:

  1. "Misandry doesn't exist and it never affects anyone AT ALL" and just a few scrolls down, a woman was appreciating acid attack on a man.

  1. "Misandry isn't real" all the comments are full of it.

  1. "Misandry has never killed or raped anyone"

Just search up Atul suicide case in India and what happened to the woman who was Atul's wife, and what consequences she faced.

  1. "Calling the OP a misogynist and attention seeker". Literally Projecting their opinions over someone who's calling against misogyny, and who they don't know irl.

  1. "Centuries of violence against women" women weren't the only ones being hurt, but portray it as they are the sole victims in history.

  1. "Misandry is a cry for help" No the fuck it's not. when an incel makes misogynist comments, he should never be with a woman and die alone? That's hypocritical. ( Not defending the hypothetical incel lol )

  1. "Femcels don't exist" I don't think this needs an explanation gahdamn

Y'all just check out this post if you're having a bad day. It'll make it even worse :)

I request the mods to keep this post up since it's discussing how the misandrist narrative is pushing towards GenZ of Pakistan.

Apparently young people were more open minded than the older gen. Turns out it's mostly just anti-men. Check out the comments. Genuinely, anyone tell me hows do femcels even came to this conclusion that misandry is not real. https://www.reddit.com/r/GenZpk/s/3Uw57rXsDw

What's Hard Area in MCQs?

I've seen students talk about Hard Area and sum local MCQs but I'm just tryna fill the spaces as quick as possible. What do these terms mean? Pedagogia posted Urdu( Hard Area ) MCQs answer key on ig but I don't get it.

Will these turds ever learn!?

I actually had hopes for this one but these people who claim to be "open minded" are actually just selective in their "activism" against patriarchy only where it benefits their agenda. Atp social media targets femcels to push rot in their brains even further.
