I’m so lonely. I feel like I’m drowning
27f here. So to start off with some positive news; I’m going back to school and got my first aid/cpr. I’m also trying to go back to work and trying to fig out childcare for my daughter.
The thing is I just feel like I have no support. No one to cheer me on. No one to comfort me when I need it. I asked my partner what he loves about me and all he said was “I love that you’re a good mom”, yesterday I was telling him about my first aid/cpr training, I was really excited that I’m now safety qualified. I could give our kid or anyone’s kid cpr if needed. He said “that’s cool. So do I. It’s not hard to get” and started going on about how we’re “always broke” and tbh I took it like he was blaming me.
Anyway I told my mom and my grandfather, they both were like “well idk why you bothered paying for first aid when you’re not working”. Good point. But I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time but didn’t have time when I was working, then I got pregnant and really didn’t have time.
I just feel alone. I can’t stop crying. I feel like I just don’t have patience and trying to find any distraction I can lately. Anyway sorry for the sob story. I just don’t know who to turn to, I might get counseling next week when things settle and there’s not as much going on.
