buna! sunt studenta in anul I si intampin niște probleme (anxietate accentuata, stres, stări de vină etc). am decis sa merg la consilierele psihologice oferite de facultate, insa am dreptul la doar 5 sedinte gratuite pe durata anului universitar. in cel mai rau caz, daca starea mea ramane la fel sau se deterioreaza, as vrea sa caut un psiholog.
intrebarea mea este: care este procesul? trebuie sa caut psihologi care colaboreaza cu CAS din orasul meu, sa cer o trimitere de la medicul de familie sau ce ar trebui sa fac?
buna! vi se pare ca incalzirea in pardoseala este mai eficienta decat cea prin calorifere? intreb pentru ca am gasit multe apartamente cu incalzirea in pardoseala si as fi vrut sa stiu daca o sa platesc mai mult iarna sau daca o sa fie cam la fel. de altfel, pentru cei cu incalzirea in pardoseala, cam la ce temperatura tineti termostatul si cam cât platiti? mulțumesc 🫶

hi! has anyone tried exposure therapy (either with the help of a professional or without) and did it work? i have misophonia when it comes to snoring (both the noise AND the 'vibrations', so i have to turn up my brown noise) and breathing sounds (so earplugs dont really work, because i can essentially hear myself breathing 🤦♀️). im moving in with my girlfriend and i honestly dont want to spend all my life sleeping with headphones (i feel like that would affect my hearing) or sleeping in another room. also, being triggered by my own breathing is... weird to say the least😅 so im thinking of trying to sleep with earplugs in to get used to hearing my own breathing and hopefully it works. Just wanted to hear about other people's experiences. thanks!
hello! my gf & i will be moving in together in a few days. we'd like to try and be as financially responsible as possible (we're students) and i was wondering if growing herbs (I'm specifically thinking about basil, but other types are fine too) was a good idea to save some money. we're gonna live in an apartment with a closed balcony (which is also heated) and I've been seeing small greenhouse kits here and there, they seem quite cheap. has anyone else tried this? do you have any tips? thank you🫶
buna! urmează sa ne mutam intr un alt oras, insa nu ne aflam chiar in centrul orașului. cel mai aproape lidl e la ~20 min cu masina, kaufland cam la fel, iar auchan se afla o idee mai aproape. in orasul nostru natal nu avem auchan, astfel încât habar nu am ce preturi au. voiam sa va intreb: este mai scump decat lidl? de menționat ca noi cumparam de obicei produsele off brand (cum ar fi lactatele de la Pilos) ca sa mai economisim, mai ales ca au aceeasi calitate. mulțumesc 🫶
am vazut multă lume vorbind despre freshful, cum ca ar fi mai ieftin si usor, insa m am uitat rapid peste produsele lor si nu mi se par mai ieftine, ba chiar sunt mai scumpe cu 2-3 lei fata de cele din lidl (de exemplu). au cumva oferte bune din cand in cand? atunci cand vine vorba de apa, vin ei sa ia sticlele si ulterior imi returneaza banii? mulțumesc 🫶
hello :) yesterday my nail ripped from my nail bed, from my research it's a partial nail avulsion, the proximal nail has come out from underneath the nail fold and appears partially lifted from the nail bed. I'm posting this because i couldn't find any other similar experiences to mine. tonight I'm going to the ER (no doctors available until then) to see what's gonna happen, although i think they're gonna cut my entire nail. do you guys think it'll go back to normal once it heals? has this happened to anyone else? my skin is yellow in some pics from an antiseptic
hello there! as the title suggests, I'm looking for a drawing app, either on Android or Windows (if i can manage to connect my tablet to my laptop). right now I'm using ibis paint, but i wanted to know if there are better apps out there or better brushes? i don't like the normal ones and i feel like, on procreate for example, the brushes are better, colors blend way easier etc. also, im posting this because I'm planning on making a spider-man inspired comic book for my girlfriend (for Christmas) and ibis paint has certain templates for manga/comic books. thank you so much and im sorry if this is a little off-topic, i dont know where to post!
buna! sunt viitoare studenta si planuiam, ori anul asta, ori anul viitor, sa ma angajez undeva part time. mi au aparut mai multe anunturi de la Starbucks, dar si de la Mc, KFC etc, si eram curioasa daca imi pot alege eu orele (macar sa aleg perioada zilei, ori dimineața, ori seara, in functie de programul la facultate). mulțumesc 🫶
buna! urmeaza ca eu si prietena mea sa inchiriem un apartament in rasarit de soare. nefiind din Iasi, nu stim mare lucru despre zona in sine, dar mai ales despre complexul acesta. cel mai mult, sincer, m ar interesa care e treaba cu cheltuielile, am vazut pareri despre cum intretinerea e f scumpa. mulțumesc!!
buna! urmeaza sa fiu primul an la facultate si ma gandeam la o modalitate mai accesibila de a face cativa bani in plus; as vrea sa imi caut ceva part time (insa nu stiu daca o sa am norocul sa gasesc ceva). totodata, ma gandeam ca as putea oferi meditații la istorie pt bac sau la engleza, la 30-50 lei (pentru ca real vorbind nu sunt vreo profesoara si, chiar si asa, ar fi niste bani in plus). a mai facut cineva asta? ati gasit persoane doritoare? ma gândesc ca, pretul fiind mic, ar fi ok si pentru persoanele care nu isi permit sau nu vor sa dea 100+ lei pe meditatii, idk. ‼️ menționez ca asta nu e o modalitate de a ma promova, ci este o modalitate de a cere sfaturi si de a afla cum as putea sa fac bani in plus

last week i got something similar to this, but the 'pimple' was white (looked like pus?) and after 4-5 days the swelling went down, it got red and yesterday it completely disappeared. today, i basically woke up with this. it's not white anymore, it's almost.. see through? it doesn't hurt at all. i had slightly spicy food the last time it showed up and this today as well (and i feel like since then it's gotten bigger), i wonder if that's the reason why? im seeing my dentist on tuesday either way but im quite anxious when it comes to health (?) problems. thank you!
