Hey guys. I have an acer nitro 515 57, ive had it since 2022, its served me really well, recently had the thermal pasting re done which should have been done earlier but theres no repair shops nearby and I needed it for other things. Anyway. Even with the thermal pasting done again, it still gets really hot when gaming and I end up pointing a fan at it to waft cool air over it. CPU on the left side generally stays cool, but the GPU gets BURNING hot pretty easilly.

I always have it propped up so the fans can blow outward. Hooked up to keyboard and monitor. Currently with a low demand game running in the background. Nitrosense says that my GPU is 62⁰c and my CPU is 73⁰c. Yet the side my CPU is on is still cold and the gpu is hot (touching the keyboard) it also says that CPU fans are running 3061 rpm and GPU is 3658 rpm. Generally with no game running it sits at about 2-2.5k.

Is this a sign my fans need replaced? I asked the computer guy to check it over and give me a list of things that may need replaced, I already just replaced the battery, and he said everything was fine.

When I run a high demand game, I cannot touch the right side of the keyboard for more than a second because it burns. Dunno if its worth noting but this computer was on display in a shop for about a year before I got it.

Edit to add: the fans aren't dirty, i regularly clean them every month, holding the fans still and using compressed air

Hey guys. Just need some recs on a genuinely comfortable long lasting chair, height adjustable preferably because im short. I get a lot of lowe back and pelvic pain when sitting for long periods and my current office chair has no padding left after about a year. I do a fair bit of gaming and just sitting at my desk in general for my hobbies and stuff and its killing me at the moment.

However ive heard a lot of people say that gaming chairs are trash and are generally just a cash grab and dont last long. So any good recs with some info are welcome.

Hey guys. Its a problem ive had for about a year now and its really frustrating me. When I download or update a game, my disk usage goes from like 2gb and drops to a few hundred MB. Ive tried clearing download cache, tried setting it as a priority application, nothing fixes it. If anyone knows what its caused by and how to fix it, would be really appreciated.

Hey guys. I have pcos, high androgens and high insulin resistance. Previously I tried ozempic and it messed me up on the higher dosages. I couldn't eat anything slightly greasy ot fatty, it gave me sulphur burps, extreme diarrhoea and vomiting always the day after the injection. I went from 115kgs down to 109 but couldn't drop any more even whilst eating small, healthy meals. And my stomach fat, being hormonal fat didnt drop at all.

My doctor wants to put me on Mounjaro now and I really dont want to have the same problems. And now theres new research saying about muscle loss and bone density loss and its got me a little nervous.

Either way. Does anyone have any tips to make sure all of the above doesnt happen?

I 20f have never felt sensation during penetration. And i was wondering if anyone has the same issue. At most I feel pressure. And its really getting to me at the moment because I want to be able to enjoy sex, and its impacting me seeking out a relationship.

This is a weird question but how do I remotely sign my Microsoft account out of another xbox. Got into a pretty bad situation with an ex friend and I dont want to go anywhere near them ever again, and my account is still linked to their console. Now I see an option to remove device but I read that it doesn't remove your account from that console and sign out of everything doesnt sign you out of xbox which is what I need.

Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone here can tell me their experiences with a histamine intolerance and your symptoms.

For as long as I can remember I have had to cough up a LOT of mucas, like I dont mean just like a little cough and a little bit of mucas, I mean I have to cough multiple times so I dont choke on it. Its thick, sticky and theres a lot of it. Along with that ive noticed that my skin flushes and my face gets inflamed, I have photos of low inflammation and high inflammation in my face, with low redness and a small double chin and photos with red cheeks and redder skin and a bigger double chin in the span of a day. On top of that I sometimes get headaches, stomach discomfort and pain depending on what ive eaten, and always bloat.

It doesnt matter what I eat, it always happens, just depends on whether its worse or more mild. Things that make it worse are, dairy, seasonings and spices, sauces and gravy and that kind of thing.

I recently informed my doctor of this last night. And she told me I cant have food allergies or a histamine intolerance or allergies to most things I eat, because I gain weight. On top of that I have severe PCOS with high androgens and high insulin resistance which has caused me to have a fatty liver. So... I dunno with the weight thing.

My doctor thinks its reflux. Ive had reflux before and its nothing like this and the reflux relievers dont help with the situation yet shes prescribed me medication for ir anyway.

Hey guys. Not sure if this is the right place to ask. But a friend of mine has been seeing ghosts since childhood, family members that sort of thing. But shes also had a dark entity since she was a child. At one point it went away but comes back.

Recently in her apartment a dark entity has been moving things, knocking stuff over, and has only gotten worse since her boyfriend saw it as well. The boyfriend described it as looking like her, but as a weird shadowy thing.

My friend is paganistic and has warded her house, done protection spell jars, salted and asked for her deities help, and its been a bit quieter since.

Does anyone know how to kick this thing or figure out its intentions or minimise its attachment to her?

Edit: also to add she said the activity has stopped since she warded and stuff, but also used to appear and haunt her dreams
