I've been circulating, gathering info, & talking to members of this sub for almost 2 years now. I'm a type 1 diabetic who didn't get control of myself until about 3 years ago, & now my levels, body, healing times, etc. are almost flawless. I'm in the best shape I've ever been - other than the ED problem. From around late 2018 to 2023 I started having issues with full hardness, cialis helped for years, viagra was a huge miss. If I drank alcohol, it was a fight on cialis to maintain erections for long. Then from around mid 2023 until now, I've had difficulty even achieving one at all, even with the great health changes. This summer I visited my urologist with my history, checked my testosterone which was 350, I expected to have a much lower number even though it's on the low side, but he prescribed me Trimix. I came back for training on how to use it where he injected me with 10 units on a 1mL syringe, about a ½ hour after leaving I was large & hanging but not fully erect, so a few days later I took the recommended dose of 30 units, & with stimulation I was able to achieve about 75% of what I used to have during the noticeable troubling times, but it only lasted under an hour. My urologist told me that men can go all the way up to a full 100 units on the syringe - which I couldn't imagine doing since it's so painful even getting 30 in without severe discomfort. So here's where I'm at guys... he said if I'm not successful with Trimix, the next move is the implant. I somehow knew this was the outcome, & even if the Trimix worked, nobody wants to stab their penis & plan out sex, we want the option of spontaneous fun experiences. I'm 99% positive my insurance will cover the entire procedure as it states in it's coverage for penile implants that as long as it's medically necessary due to diabetes or other issues & is reconnected by a urologist, that they do cover it.

Do I make the appointment with urology, tell them the Trimix just isn't working as hoped & go ahead & get this show on the road? Or do I try increasing doses or attempt the stronger Quadmix before I go all in?

I updated both the TX and RX from my PC because the included cable for USB C to USB C wasn't allowing connection. It shows the mic is connected to the Rode App but it wouldn't update with it. Anyways, during the "Pair" button process, the green LEDs just blinks continuously until Pair no longer searches & just stops. I don't see what I'm doing wrong here whatsoever WTF & they're brand new. This is aggravating, any ideas?

Haven't seen anyone discuss this marketplace site that users sell lightly used fragrances, do trades, & give you the option to sell your frags as well. There's an app for droid but not for iPhone users yet. Has anybody used this site & had a good experience?

Okay so just up until a month ago, I've been able to change my pfp to a picture from the past & it would keep all of the previous comments & reactions as well as the caption attached to it. NOW, I've tried on the iPhone app, Safari mobile & PC desktop versions, & it doesn't work anymore. It just turns the old photo into a new pfp & timeline post. AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG - or was this part of a meaningless unwanted update like Meta always does to us with things we actually enjoyed? What the heck, anyone know how to still do it, or is it just gone for good?

Hello my fellow friends that lack 1 or more appendages 🫡 I'm on year 3 being a BK amputee, right leg. I've been through 2 prosthetics, have only had 1 foot, & multiple adjustments done to my socket to fit during atrophy. In my opinion, I still don't walk "perfectly" & I blame it 100% on my prosthetic set up. Recently saw a new prosthetist** since **my new one moved, & I tried to explain to him that I still walk a little uncomfortably & difficult at times, & all he did was blow torch my socket to fit a little more snug, which helped maybe 5%.

My question for those of you who are seasoned veterans with years of experience as a (preferably below knee) amputee is this - what was it that finally changed the game for you, that felt the absolute most natural to how it was when you had your genuine leg, to where pain is rare, & life became easier because the leg became less of a problem with limping/fitting wrong etc. ???

Was it perhaps a different foot? I've seen foots that actually bend with steps, or the super expensive ones that assist with reducing pressure on your stump, have motorized lifting, or that add bounce to your step etc.

Or what was it for you that made everything much better? Thanks ahead of time for the responses!

Anyone here ever tried any of their frags out? Prices are absurd of course, just like their Gildan tees with screen printing that cost $700. I've never seen anyone mention CH fragrances though & I'm curious if any of them are actually good.

I purchased a set of studio monitors (speakers) that cost around $490. They arrived, box wasn't damaged, they were very secure inside, so no fault of the post office or delivery person for what Im about to say. I set them up, just as I have any other set I've owned. No audio from the 1 speaker. It powers on, no sound comes out though. I did a million & 1 things to troubleshoot any potential problems, cables, settings, etc.

I contacted the seller, told him the issue. Before I even mentioned a return or refund he became defensive & mentioned "I don't sell faulty equipment & both speakers were tested before shipping" as if his word makes this my fault. The speaker clearly never worked because it's been in my actual hand for under 10 seconds as I moved it from the box to my isolation pad on my desk.

I can tell this seller's not going to want to cooperate with me at least getting partial refund, or returning these. In all honesty I'd like to return them. If he doesn't agree, am I just screwed and stuck with 1 working and 1 non working speaker? Or how does this work guys? I've never had this issue before & I really need advice with how to proceed

Posted 2 watches last night that Depop detected as counterfeit, was kicked out & got the account suspension email. Submitted an email stating there was $1600 and a pending $80 from a sale I just made yesterday in my account that I haven't withdrawn yet to my bank. I've read absolute horror stories of Depop taking 6 months to give people their hard earned money. Do I just go ahead & immediately contact a lawyer now, or try & wait for Depop to take their sweet time holding the funds I made from shipping my belongings out for literally no reason at this very point? I don't even want my account appealed because I guarantee that never happens, but I do want my money. I have proof of every single sale (which I'm sure they do too) Any advice or any employees for Depop in here that can inform me would be amazing.

Hi everyone, so the reason my title is asking for experienced amputees with years of trial & error is because I'm losing hope on walking normally again. It's taking a toll on my mental health, I feel like everyone's looking at me at the gym & can tell I'm either injured or an amputee. And I dont care if they knew but it still hurts my confidence to look this goofy when I'm just trying to walk around.

I've been an amputee now for almost 3 years. I've been through 2 different legs with many adjustments. Basically the prosthetist would blow torch my insert until it fit the newly atrophied stump etc.

I can walk just fine, the problem is this prosthetic leg or foot. Not sure which one it is, because I've been to 2 different prosthetists now & they always just want to blow torch the insert & save time I guess? But something is wrong. No matter how many socks I have on, I still walk with a limp and it's definitely 100% the prosthetic or possibly the foot. The foot I have is the Meta Shock X. No matter what we do, I walk funny.

Main question here for you guys is this - If you went through what I'm going through, what was the fix that helped you walk "normal" again? No limp, no gradual adjusting, just put it on, stand up & go about your day normally without looking like a pirate hobbling around. Was it a different foot, like those ones that are like a curved blade, or maybe a hydraulic one that moves with your steps? Perhaps a lighter prosthetic itself? I have no clue & I'm lost & my prosthetic doctors are not providing a solution whatsoever, they seem not to care even though I've made it clear I still have difficulty walking with a normal stride.
