I have been taking care of my grandpa for the past 3 years he was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2021. It's been hard the past few days he started to have his knees buckle. When he does go to his knees he is zooming around not freezing up like usual we laugh but I ended up going to my room and crying because I hate seeing how this disease is bringing him down. I found a group that meets every six months in my area but it's not enough. I recently found this sub yesterday and I have been going through it and found out I'm not alone. Any advice for knee buckling he still wants to walk but I'm starting to think it's going to end in a big fall. The doctor still tells him to keep trying to move.
