What’s one thing you’d recommend or avoid when trying to get six pack abs?
What habit should I add to my workout routine, and what common habit should I avoid?

During the talking stage before proceeding with marriage, what important things should both people discuss?
Is there anything you regret not asking or think, “I should have asked this before saying yes”?
I’m currently dating a senior resident and trying to understand how busy OPD and OT days actually are.
Can a 9 AM to 5 PM schedule be so packed that you genuinely don’t get even 5 minutes to check your phone or reply to a message?
Just trying to understand a senior resident’s perspective.
I’m super curious to see how spread out this American community really is!

Hi everyone,
Is anyone here currently studying at PMCH, or has studied there in the past?
I have a few general questions about the college and would appreciate some help.
Thanks!!
I’m currently in New York and considering marriage with someone from Madhya Pradesh, India. She was previously married and is now divorced.
I already know about the divorce, but before marriage I want to independently verify that the divorce was legally finalized.
How can I check this from the US? Is there any official government or court database where I can search using her name and other details?
Does divorce information have to be checked state by state? Can Aadhaar details be used for verification, or would I need the divorce case number or court documents?
Anyone familiar with the legal process in India, especially Madhya Pradesh, please advise.
Why does society often view divorce differently from the end of a long term live in relationship?
For example, if one couple lived together for two years and broke up, while another couple was married for one year and then divorced (with no children), why are they often perceived so differently?
Is it because of the legal commitment of marriage, cultural expectations, religion, or something else?
Personally, as I’ve been meeting people and dating, I don’t see a meaningful difference between these two situations when considering someone as a potential partner. I’m interested in understanding why society often treats them differently.
I’m not trying to start a debate or offend anyone. I’d just like to hear different perspectives.
Hi everyone,
I want to decorate my room with a clean, modern American style. I'm looking for ideas and recommendations for things that will make the space look cozy and stylish.
What are your must-have items? Things like lamps, rugs, wall art, plants, bedding, desks, shelves, LED lighting, or any other decor.
If you have references to Amazon products or photos of your setup for inspiration, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks!
I'm based in the USA. I'm just getting started with research, and my goal is to publish my first paper and learn the publication process.
Looking back, what do you wish you had known before publishing your first research paper? Any practical tips, common mistakes to avoid, or strategies that helped you get your first paper accepted would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Hey folks,
I'm currently working on building my EB2 NIW profile and am planning to publish research papers as part of it.
If you're on the same journey, I'd love to connect, learn from your experience, and discuss the publication process.
Thanks!
I am currently living in the USA and met an Indian girl through a matrimonial site about three months ago.
For the first few months, our conversations were casual. As we got to know each other better, we both agreed to seriously explore marriage. I was even planning a trip to India to meet her in person.
Recently, after 4 months talk, during a conversation, I asked for the name of someone in her shopping cart addresses list. She became anxious and then shared something important with me. She told me that she had previously gone through a marriage, but the marriage was never fully completed. I was shocked and unable to say anything. She also gave divorce.
My parents have already met her family, but she has not shared this information with them. I also do not feel comfortable discussing her personal history with others because I want to respect her privacy and trust.
I have not asked her many detailed questions because I believe everyone has a past, and I don’t want to judge someone solely based on it. At the same time, I understand that marriage is a major life decision, and I want to approach it thoughtfully.
For those who have been in similar situations, how would you handle this? What questions would be reasonable to ask before moving forward, while still respecting her privacy and dignity?

Hey everyone,
I'm a CS Master’s grad completely new to the EB-2 NIW process. I am starting from scratch on research and want to map out a 6-month publication strategy to build a citation footprint.
Since peer review timelines can be brutal, I need some realistic advice:
If you've followed a similar roadmap, I’d love to hear your strategy. Thanks!
I'm curious to know how you guys are using your specs day-to-day. What are your main daily use cases? Trying to see how everyone integrates them into their normal routines.
Hi everyone!
I am looking to practice my English for 1 hour daily to improve my fluency and work on an American accent. This will be a paid opportunity.
I am looking for a native English speaker (preferably with an American accent) who is reliable and ready to practice with me consistently.
If you are interested, please ping/DM me with your details, your experience, and your rates.
Looking forward to working with you!
Most people overcomplicate language. They focus on rules instead of rhythm.
My goal is simple: I want to speak English naturally, with a clear American accent, and with absolute confidence. Right now, hesitation and overthinking are getting in the way. We need to fix that.
I don’t want complex theories. I want to know the practical things that actually work:
If you have a routine or a mindset shift that genuinely works, I want to hear it. Let’s make it simple. Thanks.
