Looking for someone who genuinely understands short-form content — building with us early

We’re building BetRBite — a food-tech startup that helps people understand what they’re actually eating and make better decisions around food.

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our content from the ground up.

Not a typical “social media manager” who follows a calendar and posts 5 reels a week.

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Come up with ideas people actually want to watch
  • Find strong hooks and angles
  • Shape our content strategy
  • Write/shape scripts
  • Edit short-form videos
  • Help us figure out what BetRBite should actually be known for
  • If you're in Bengaluru, potentially help with shoots as well

The kind of content we're interested in isn't:

>

or

>

That space is already saturated.

We want content that makes people stop because the idea itself is interesting — something around food, technology, startups, experiments, stories, consumer behavior, etc., with BetRBite naturally becoming part of it.

We’re still early, which means you won't just be executing someone else's content calendar. You'd actually have a say in what we build and how the brand communicates.

We're currently looking for this as an equity-based opportunity, so this is best suited to someone who genuinely wants to get involved early rather than someone looking for a conventional freelance gig.

You don't need a huge following or a fancy resume.

If you've made something you're proud of, send it.

DM me with:

  • What you do
  • Where you're based
  • Your portfolio/Instagram/YouTube if you have one
  • 2–3 pieces of content you're proud of
  • And briefly, what interested you about BetRBite

We're looking for one really good creative person, not 10 people who can just edit reels.

[Hiring] Looking for a Content Creator to join our early-stage food/health startup

Hey,

We're building BetRBite, a food-health app that helps people understand what they're eating and make better food decisions.

We're a small early-stage team and we're looking for someone to take content seriously and work closely with us.

You'd be involved in:

Coming up with Reel/Shorts ideas

Writing hooks and scripts

Planning content

Shooting content

Editing Video (must)

Helping us figure out what BetRBite should actually be known for

You don't need a huge following or a fancy resume. If you've made genuinely good content, we'd rather see that.

Bangalore is a big plus because we'd like to actually shoot together.

If interested, DM me with your Instagram/YouTube/portfolio and 2–3 pieces of content you've made.

Looking for a creator in Bangalore who wants to build a startup's content from zero

Hey,

We're building BetRBite, a food-health startup, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making content.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Think of Reel ideas
  • Write scripts/hooks
  • Shoot content
  • Potentially be on camera
  • Experiment with different formats
  • Help build our Instagram/YouTube from zero

You don't need 50k followers.

If you've got a small page but your content is actually good, that's much more interesting to us.

Bangalore preferred, mainly because we'd like to shoot together.

This is an equity-only opportunity at the moment. We're looking for someone who wants meaningful involvement in the company, not a short-term freelance arrangement.

Send me your page/work and one idea you'd make for BetRBite.

We spent a year building an app that explains what's actually in your food before you eat it. Would you use something like this?

21M | Looking for a genuine online conversation

I'm 21 from India and looking to chat with a girl around my age. Nothing explicit or rushed—just a good conversation. I'm into coding, startups, movies, memes, and late-night talks. If you're interested, send me a message and tell me something about yourself beyond "hi."

Dear recruiters, I'll remember you in my prayers (and my first salary).

Hi everyone,

I'm a final-year B.Tech CSE student (2027 batch) looking for a Software Engineer, Frontend, or Full-Stack internship.

I have experience with the MERN stack, C++, DSA, SQL, and Git/GitHub. I'm currently learning Next.js and TypeScript while building projects and improving my skills.

I'm from a Tier-3 college and actively looking for an opportunity where I can learn, contribute, and grow.

If you're hiring, can refer me, or have any advice, I'd really appreciate it. Happy to share my resume and GitHub over DM.

Thanks!

I'm open to relocating anywhere for the right opportunity even if it's in a qabristan 😭

We accidentally spent a year building a feature that nobody asked for.

About a year ago, my co-founder and I started building an AI food app.

Somewhere along the way we realized something weird.

Every food app analyzes what you already ate.

Which feels... a little late.

So we spent months building something completely different.

Instead of scanning one meal after eating, it analyzes your entire food delivery cart before you place the order and tells you what's actually healthy.

The funny part?

Literally nobody asked for this feature.

Which means one of two things:

  1. We found a problem nobody was solving.
  2. We wasted a year building something nobody wants.

We launch this week, so I guess we'll find out.

Curious...

What's one feature you've built that people didn't ask for but you believed in anyway?

22M from India | Just miss having someone to talk to

Hey, I’m 22 from India, a B.Tech student. It’s been 1.5 years since my breakup, and I’ve been focused on college and coding.

Lately I’ve been feeling a bit lonely and miss simple chats—life, movies, memes, anything random. Not looking for NSFW or a relationship, just conversation.

Need one opportunity to begin my software career.

Hi everyone,

I'm a final-year B.Tech CSE student from a Tier-3 college. I've spent the last year learning React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB, building projects, and this week I'm launching my app, BetrBite.

Campus opportunities have been limited. If you know of any fresher openings or have advice on where I should apply in Delhi NCR, I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you.

I spent 8 months building an app because I was tired of asking myself one question every time I ate.

That question was

"Is this actually healthy, or is the packaging just fooling me?"

Most nutrition apps wanted me to count calories after I had already eaten.

That never made sense to me.

So I started building BetRBite.

Instead of tracking what you've already eaten, it tries to answer the question before you eat or buy something.

Some things it can do:

📸 Take a picture of your meal and explain whether it's actually a good choice.

🛒 Cart Assistant — Upload a photo of your grocery cart, and it'll analyse every product, point out hidden issues, and even suggest healthier swaps.

📦 Scan barcodes to instantly understand ingredients, additives and nutrition without reading the tiny label yourself.

🇮🇳 It was built with Indian food in mind, so it understands everything from biryani and rajma chawal to Maggi, Parle-G and everyday grocery brands.

I'm launching next week, but before I do...

I want one thing from people who aren't my friends.

Be brutally honest.

Would you ever use something like this?

What's the first thing that makes you skeptical?

What's one feature you'd want before downloading it?

I'm not looking for compliments.

I'd rather hear what's wrong with it now than after launch.

Thanks :)

The goon backed by Bjp.

This guy was a classmate of one of my friends from Patna.

They haven't been in touch for years now, according to him he was known for getting into trouble and loved attention. They even claimed he was involved in vandalizing school property on the last day of school.

He studied at St. Karens, then Patna Central, and later Shivam Convent, changing schools after repeatedly getting into fights he lives in the Jaganpura area of Patna and comes from a wealthy family with multiple properties, including three houses in the city.

In his early social media days, he'd message people asking them to share his posts and stories so he could get more reach. It's strange seeing someone who was apparently desperate for online attention become so widely known now.

Recently I've seen videos circulating online that appear to show him making aggressive statements around the protests.

TCS said my friend is ineligible despite Bihar Board marksheet showing 1st Division (60%+)

A friend of mine from Bihar Board cleared the TCS assessment and was shortlisted for the interview.

During document verification, TCS checked his Class 12 marks and told him he was ineligible because his aggregate percentage was below 60%.

The issue is that his Bihar Board marksheet shows 304 marks and 1st Division (60%+), since Bihar Board calculates division using the best 5 subjects.

He argued that according to his official marksheet he has 1st Division, but they said they consider aggregate marks, not the board's division criteria.

After he insisted, they still allowed him to sit for the interview but told him his case would be reviewed separately.

Has anyone from Bihar Board faced this with TCS? Do they always calculate percentage themselves instead of following what is printed on the marksheet?
