Balance based matchmaking?
Is it just me or when I have my money balance low or below 1m I only get to join public online rooms with players who are new and have basic cars or very riced cars, recently bought a clk GTR for 24m and I haven't seen a nicer car for more than 24 hours cuz my balance is below 1m
