What is everyone using this truck for? When I first got it I figured since it only has a winch it would make a great heavy rescue truck. You know, pulling big cranes and semis out of a jam. This thing won't pull the heavy equipment hauler out of a sand drift on an otherwise asphalt road. (I'm in the sand swept map). So what is it for exactly. You can't haul anything with it that I'm aware of. It damn sure isn't a rescue truck
Is there something I need to do to fix the wood bridge is the only option situation. Harvesting logs is my least favorite thing in this game and would much rather use slabs being I already have 10 and have 0 logs. This is Sandstorm map btw if that makes a difference
I lost a hard drive for my laptop and trying to reinstall i2p on my new one. Started with the standard install and went and got the latest java from Oracle. The installer keeps saying I have an older version but the website keeps assuring me it's the latest. So I uninstalled everything and decided to use the easy install. I can't seem to find the bundle. I found the easy installed but windows says I can open it because I don't have java. I thought java was included in this bundle is the reason I don't have it. What am I missing?
This is my 1st time getting on since the latest update. It seems all my personal settings have been deleted which is fine but I can't find where to get off the driving settings. Right now I'm looking trans settings And drive line. I want drive line off and want manual trans. It's not in gameplay/hud. Or if it is, I've been unable to find it
Just to get this out of the way, I have 900 hours in this game but still need something clarified for me. Why does almost everyone suggest staying in Chapter 2 to do the majority of the tasks needed to 100% the game... something I've never done btw. Is there a specific reason for it or just something everyone does? I just began my 3rd playthrough so obviously I wander. A lot. And I do stay in Ch2 longer than the others but only because that's just what I have read that you do. Curious now as to why.
My mic doesnt seem to work but everything checks out on my pc. Is there a setting or something I'm missing. This was suddenly too. Its always worked before but I'm wondering if I didnt click something on accident. For instance, what does scripted radio do and should it be off or on. Here are my vc settings.
I have a 5800x together with a 7700xt gpu and 32 gb ram. Is the $349 price of the x3d going to be worth it? I dont plan on upgrading platforms until am6 so I'm going to get the most out of am4 starting with the cpu. But only if it will be a noticeable difference. GPU will be next
I'm trying to save a clip from a race and I'm doing it the way the video tutorial says to do it but it keeps giving me a Could not save replay error but gives no reason why it can save it. What are some reasons why it couldn't be saved or is there a place for possible explanations that I can go look at it?
Has anyone elses iOverlay stopped working? If so what was the fix? I've reached out to the dev but if i can fix it sooner that would be great. As the pic shows, I'm paid up until October of this year

I got into a shootout with the ODriscolls while I was on the way to turn in the legendary bear pelt. I lost the shootout and my pelt. Can I get the pelt back being its legendary? I lost the shootout because I couldn't find the last shooter. By the time I figured out where he was, it was too late
Pretty much what the header says. I'm looking for a DSP/amp combo I prefer having 2 channels passive and 6 channels amplified. The 2 passive channels would be for my subs. I'd need 6 channels in. Does anyone have any recommendations thats not going to have me dropping 4 figures into it? I looked at the D4S 6in 8 out but I couldnt determine if I could use 2 of those outs as a passive setup. I have a slot for a 2nd nvme SSD on my motherboard and have filled two 1tb sata SSD and the original nvme mostly and decided to buy another nvme. Then I saw the prices. We've established why Ram prices are astronomical but why SSD drives particularly nvme drives? They're just about pricing PCs out of gaming. It's just cheaper to buy PS5 and be done with it. Building your own saves very little if any over prebuilts. I get that everyone wants to make a profit but theres making a profit then there's straight up greed. Stepping off my soap box now. I would like to know why the ssd drives are so high compared to 2 years ago when I built my latest pc. I don't keep up with the latest tech much. My passions lie elsewhere. I build a PC because I can so why pay someone to do it

It seems like every time I've ran a box through this program it gives extremely high rear port velocity. Different size subs, different sized box, different tuning frequency. Everything gives a velocity that shows chuffing if you try to get below a 40 hz tune unless you run a ridiculously big port or 2 ports. Both which eat up valuable cuft.. So this last time the box was for me and my gaming PC so I built it anyway even though it showed a peak of just below 50 @ 34 hz. No port noise whatsoever. Not at any volume. I know everybody swears by this program and i have taken the advice of several people about how to model a box. Now I'm wondering how many box designs I scrapped based on what I was being shown in this app were actually good boxes. I also have hornresp for running sims on t-lines and horn enclosures. From what I understand, you can also run a regular bass reflex through this. Has anyone tried it? Did the results differ from what you got in winisd? Pic shows two 8" subs in a 2.8 cuft (gross) enclosure with a 4"x5.5" port on 1000 watts tuned to 35hz
I've heard good things about the 5800X3D CPU but are they better than the newer 9800s? The reason I ask is I was thinking of upgrading from my current 5800X and was looking at prices and the 5800X3D is more expensive than the 9800. Is this correct and if so, can anyone justify it? Is that chip really that much better than one 3 generation and 1 platform newer?
I'm currently in the sunken map...pretty sure anyway...and I'm trying to build a bridge. I've brought enough logs that its not asking for anymore but as you can see in the pic, the bridge is in sections . How do I put the sections together? I have logs in 2 different trucks in 2 different places and there is no illuminated square telling me to add more. This is the bridge that connects the northern half of the map to the southern half. East side beside the pipes factory.
So, Ive been testing the waters in oval track lately thinking about getting serious about it. I've ran some street stock and mini races and have won a couple. Whats the progression up the ladder? Super late model seems like I might be skipping a series. Is there any participation in this series. I dont really want to commit and by the car if nobody races in it. I'm wanting to stay in a stock car. I dont really want to go open wheel. This is asphalt racing by the way. I've tried dirt. I lack an understanding of how to make the car work on dirt
I have a 5 channel amp laying around and decided to use it in a build I'm doing. Problem is I don't have a subwoofer pre out in my head unit. I do have from and rear outs though. Can I use a splitter to use the subwoofer RCA. It would be a male on one end plugging into h.u. split into 2 females. I have 2 of these so I would have 4 female ends for the 4 inputs on the amp. Hope this makes sense. Lol. It does in my head. Thanks
