



I eat around 2100 calories on an avg everyday and i do homework out with little cardio everyday (little running)
I take 80-100 gram protein daily and 60-80 gram fat with 270-300 gram carbs
I need abs please tea cg ke what should i do?
Been grinding hard to drop down to 60kg, let me know what you guys think of the definition
