Jimmy Chamberlin Complex - Commitment

Drumming and arrangement is rad on this track. Love the flam intro. The drum sound on this song is also sick as hell

my special interest is a band called the smashing pumpkins. I have over 60 cds from them and lots of vinyl. here is my favourite album from them and ever and their debut album.

I’m not even close to being done with my collection, i still have a long way to go. I’ve hunted down every recording from every side project from any member of the band, including songs that were only played live a couple of times. So yeah i know a lot about this band lol. I think i’m definitely the 18 year old with the most smashing pumpkins knowledge in the world.

Do you guys think this is intentional?

The first is at the mayors murder and the second is at his funeral which got me wondering if they intentionally recreated that shot in both scenes. If it hadn’t been for that I would’ve absolutely been grasping at straws but I feel like it’s a possibility.

Need help, condoms make me have a sensory meltdown instantaneously

Hello, i’m 18 and have been trying on condoms by myself both out of curiosity and for preparation. But no matter what type I try I literally have a meltdown in basically 5 seconds and have to immediately take it off and even then I start crying because of the left sensation and have to immediately wash myself or i’ll have a full on breakdown. It’s the smell, the feeling of it, the putting it on, the stickiness, literally every aspect of it makes me want to die. Not only does it make me have a meltdown but I also go soft immediately because of it. I feel like i’ll never have sex because of this and I already have big fears about it so this is destroying me. Any help would be appreciated

if you had to pick one SP lyric that defines you, what would it be?

mine would be ‘tommorow’s just an excuse away’ from thirty-three or ‘lost inside the dreams of teen machines’ from here is no why

Made an edit of how I think the Dark Knight Rises should have ended

It’s way better this way in my opinion. Let me know what you think. Much more impactful ending this way. I kind of didn’t like as a whole the bruce wayne fake death thing in this movie and the way they did it

I can hear a dog barking in Rocket

It’s at the 1:17 mark when he’s holding the ‘lies’. I hear a dog barking twice panned hard right. I’m listening to the remaster. Anyone else heard this? I feel like i’m going crazy

The Batman soundtrack by Michael Giacchino is my most played album this year

I listen to an awful lot of music but this really caught me. It’s one of my favourite movies of all time and easily my favourite superhero film ever. This was the first time i’ve ever gotten into a soundtrack and I think this is one of the best and most underrated soundtracks ever. It’s so haunting, dark, eerie, sometimes scary but still beautiful and dramatic. This score perfectly matches the movie and Michael did an outstanding job working with Matt’s vision to achieve this. For me it surpasses even Hanz Zimmers batman soundtracks. Those are superhero scores but this album has life and depth and extreme character. If you haven’t delved deep into this I heavily recommend it.

one of my favourite things i own. the dvd inside of the physical mellon collie deluxe

this period of the band was something not from this world, especially the ending of thru the eyes of ruby is just crazy. it irritates me that this isn’t on streaming in audio form because of how ridiculous of a show it is and how there’s only a limited number of them now being very expensive so most people will never have one. the dvd menu is really beautiful too
