Epoisses cheese woe
Used to love this. You only had to look at it sideways and it would run all over the plate, like an uber-ripe brie.
The latest ones I've had have been different. I had one out in the sunlight today (a hot one) for hours and only the outer bit went runny, the core remains solid, like a cheap brie.
Thoughts gentlefolk please.
