For people who qualified for Y2Q2 previously, how many days after your last grades being posted did you get your Y2Q2 emails?

We kids are not servant. I myself was beaten with belts and thrown to the ground and have my head stamped over to the point of bleeding. How can they slap me.

Yes, in many of them it was completely my fault. But that STILL doesn't allow anyone to beat me, or any kids, SO MUCH. I know that the Prophet instructed to strike kids if they don't pray, but do you think he meant such high levels, or even medium level, of beating? According to those experienced in fiqh, he meant small reprimanding.

Moreover, allah instructed us to follow the rule of the land we live in. Beating is almost certainly not allowed in most (maybe all) countries. How is it so prevalent in Muslim households?

Ok, forget beating. Lets talk about calling your kids with abuses. I cannot describe what all I have been called. Why do you have to bring out my past sins IN FRONT OF MY SIBLINGS 3-4 YEARS LATER? Why do you have to have to call me disgusting names? The Prophet didn't allow this for ANYONE, contrary to striking kids when they don't pray.

I haven't been able to be a good child. But that doesn't allow infinite punishment

I didnt know I was gonna fail. Can I still add the course and get started with it, considering that we got our result only 1.5 days ago (several days after spring add/drop deadline)?

A very sad thing happened last night am I absolutely wrecked. I did not expect those marks in MATH 102 but obviously everything (every single thing) was my own fault.

I am missing out on the boundary for Y2Q2 by less than 0.1 GPA points (after getting all my grades)

What are my options? I can take summer classes as I failed a course in fall semester. That way my units would be fine, but I am incredibly worried about my GPA... that thing seems stuck

If I have to fresh start, what are my options? I am whole heartedly still into engineering but I do realize maybe it's not my piece of cake right now... in that case, what major, would be best? I am not interested in CS at all, just a note. Also, I really don't want to take an year break because that would mean 2 years of life gone doing nothing (1 yr of failed engg and 1 yr break)

I am also fine with changing university... or even the country
