Moin, ich frage mich, ob ab dem Januar 2027 wieder ein Flickenteppich droht. Dürfen Landkreise überhaupt frei entscheiden, das D-Ticket fortzuführen?
Ich hoffe dem wird bald mal ein Riegel vorgeschoben. Es kann ja eigentlich nicht sein, dass da jedes Jahr von neuem drüber diskutiert wird.
Wie seht ihr das?

as the title says, I got bullied hard for eleven years straight during my childhood, also physical bullying and developed OCD.

Now this ended around 15 years ago and I fear I will never fully recover. Sometimes I am full of hate towards anyone (myself included) and that is the only stuff I can think about. Also violent thoughts and visions and so on. It makes me really sad.

I noticed, the more I care about someone, it will get more intense and more frequent. Currently I would not want a relationship with a woman, as long as my psyche does not improve. I rather stay single forever. I fear I might never experience one atm. These thoughts also come up during intimate times. I try to ignore them, still it will impact my mood.

Sometimes I need to think something through before I am able to continue working or continue whatever I do. It also makes learning difficult. I love learning new stuff, but then my thoughts drift or a word is triggering me and bam, here we go again.

I also developed anxiety.

Idk if anyone can help me. I went to a psychologist and he said it will be very difficult. Can even get worse if not approached correctly.

How do you deal with such thoughts?

What helps you in these moments?

What can I do to make the situation better?

I am male and 31, located in Germany.

living in Germany and got basically all the usual vaccinations multiple times.
TBE, Pertussis, Diphteria, Hepatitis B, Polio, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Tetanus.

Will get HPV soon, somehow overlooked, was not recommended for males during my childhood anyway.

I am currently 31.

What vaccine would you get next?

hat jemand Tips gegen Husten?

Ich habe seit fünf Wochen Husten. Generell war der Ablauf so:

Woche 1-2: Kopfweh, Halsschmerzen und relativ viel Husten mit Auswurf.

In Woche 3-4 wurde es besser, aber immer noch ordentlicher Husten, bis es letztes Wochenende so gut wie weg war.

Jetzt in Woche 5 bin ich am Montag ins Geschäft, was ein Fehler war, Klimaanlage und Großraumbüro. Seit Dienstag wieder Husten.

Ich bin schon durch 3 Hustensäfte durch, aktuell Prospan. Trinke 4 Liter Wasser am Tag und viel Tee.

Ich habe mir in der Zwischenzeit einen Inhalator gekauft und angefangen mit Kochsalzlösung zu inhalieren.

Meine Ärztin hat nur gesagt, ich solle weiterhin Hustensaft zu mir nehmen, alle Werte sind sonst gut. Ich bin Nichtraucher und M31.

Aktuell bin ich relativ ratlos, was ich noch machen könnte. Ich will es bis in 9 Tagen weg bekommen und für jeden Tip dankbar.

ich habe ein kurioses Problem mit der Post & DHL App.

Beim Klicken auf "Jetzt abholen" wechselt es den Dialog auf Packstation, aber nach kurzem Laden erscheint nichts. Ich habe schon hunderte Male die gleiche Packstation mit diesem Fairphone 4 verwendet, nur dieses Mal klappt es nicht. Habe es zusätzlich mit meinem Tablet getestet, gleiches Verhalten.

Dann habe ich mal adb aktiviert und folgenden Fehler entdeckt:

Hat jemand einen Vorschlag, was ich noch versuchen könnte?
Den Cache habe ich schon gelöscht.
