So my android tv box that I've had for years stopped working so i ordered another and then everyone said no no no get the Onn and if be able to put all my apps on it. So I bought one.

Couldn't even get chrome on Google TV framework.

It picked and chose what apps i could have. (Yes i enabled unknown sources, opened developers options, turned off play protect.)

Needless to say I returned it.

If i wanted a walled garden of have just got apple or now fire TV.

Whatever happened to being able to put the TV and movie apps we want easily onto our android boxes?

Will I be able to add whatever apps i want for TV?

Some of these streaming devices have cracked down and blocked things.

So i need something with no app restrictions.

I was wondering about 4 of my orchids who were in spike when I received them. Now the flowers are done and the spike remains turning brown. Should I be doing anything with it?

I have to have mini orchids because of space constraints.

So I've ordered minis and well let's just say they don't seem that small at all.

The 1st set I got was definitely minis but after that they were from a little bigger to no way was it a mini.

Is there no standard? Are there particular types that are smallest?

I am a disabled senior and I'm fascinated by the labubus I've seen but i have no idea where i could get one.

I have no one anymore so I thought maybe 1 or 2 would lift my spirits a bit.

My iPad Mini 6 is not charging.

I've gently blown out the charging port and also wiped off charging cords( they weren't dirty or even dusty but I want to cover every possibility. I also tried different cords and it didn't respond or go into charge mode on any of the 4. Also checked the surge protector.

These cords work for my phone, watch charger, and ear buds.

I am homebound and there are no Apple stores anywhere near here at all.

I'm getting my 1st Orchid in a few days. They are Mini Phalalaenopsis Moth plants.

I'd like some tips please.

Like what substrate do you use? I don't want to use all moss as I think it by itself will hold too much water and I know that can be deadly.

What about pots?

Do you water Orchids from the top or do you submerge their pot or is either fine?

What stakes and clips or tape do you use to secure plant to stakes?

Since these are minis I'm going to guess that just regular stakes and clips would be much too large?

Also where have any of you had luck finding shorter stakes? I'm only finding really tall ones that would look ridiculous.

Any tips would be very helpful to this old lady who loves her plants because they're all she has.

So I was told soil isn't good for Lithops. That I should use a mix of bark perlite and sand.

Then I was told no just put them in gravely sand.

Well I did that and my Lithops literally scrunched themselves down in it where I can barely see their tops.

What is the actual truth? I'm so confused. I want to do this right but I keep hearing different things.
