I got my job to pay for my notary and have only uses it for work related stuff. Now my renewal is coming up and I want to start doing notary stuff with a friend who is in real estate. I am renewing it online through the Texas sos portal and is telling me I need to complete the educational materials. When I click on them it gives me the info saying a non-refundable fee of $20 is required for the attempt to complete the educational course.

Is the course itself hard?! It's been a while, can't remember

There's no way around the $20 educational fee correct?! Because when I try to apply to renew it pops up with "you must complete the education course first"

It says I must complete a passing score of 70% within 30 minutes of starting the assessment and am scared 😅

Hey yall, I got a free hotel stay at choctaw after my first visit. I enjoyed my stay and have thought on going back so this is a great opportunity i like to take advantage of .

I never stayed at the hotel and wanted to know what are the main differences between the grand tower and the spa tower rooms.

If I check in the afternoon and I check out the next morning, can I still use the pool after I check out or no?!

Is there a specific Walmart that sells world cup souvenirs i can go to?! Also ,parking for fan fest downtown, where would be the best place that is not expensive to park in.

I was at Gilligan's for the shuttle to a rangers game this week and ask them about shuttles to the soccer games and they said they were doing them.

I have tried reporting airbnb that dont have a propert permit to the city but on its website it does not let me submit them. I have emailed two people who work under code compliance and they just told me to go on the website and report it but told them it doed not work and i been ghosted.

I dontn think the city will do anything about this but i am concern for visitors who are coming here and renting them out. If an emergency happens home owners are out of luck but also the visitors can be at the hands of a bad host and be scammed. I am just trying to look out for those visiting because i dont want them to think all Americans are like this and i dont want them to continue to think negatively of us here in Arlington.
