If you saw my post last night about my suspicion of out recently kicked out tenant “22” living with her sister “13” in the back yard then you’ll know what’s going on, if not check my profile to get up to speed if you care.

So I just picked up rent from 13 and 22 is not living in her back yard, the mattresses and tent are according to 13 her old things and she’s getting new stuff, again out two and two together and it’s pretty obvious that it’s 22s stuff and mattresses at 13s place and 22 has likely brought their roach infestation to 13s place.

Now for the bad part I went in the house to inspect a repair on the fridge and found out she’s got quite a few more people living there than those on the lease.
All three bedroom doors were closed with voices behind 2 of them, there was a teen boy in the hall and a teen girl on the couch who aren’t on the lease.
For record 13 is the official tenant with her toddler mother and uncle being approved occupants.

This shit just went from bad ish to completely fucked…
We’ve had this issue before with a bunch of people being at 13s place but we can’t prove that they’re living there as 13 says they’re friends that are just visiting.

If I give her a 7 day cure or quit she’s just gonna say they’re visitors and I really can’t prove it other than daily emergency inspections…
I feel like I’m beating my head against a wall, all the tenants are just issues after issue, if this didn’t make the money I live off of, I would have completely lost my shit by now.

So I’m just gonna expedite this story by calling them 22 and 13 as that’s part of the addresses.

To start you need to know that 22 and 13 are sisters, so here’s the story 22 was a horrid tenant who racked up $3600 in back rent and other fees we gave her a 3 day and she moved out. Left the place a wreck thousands in damages with garbage everywhere.

Now all of a sudden a tent has popped up in the back yard of 13 with a few things that appear to be similar to the furniture and mattress that 22 took with her….

Put two and two together and I think you get the idea, my question is what can I do if 22 is living in the back yard of 13s place?
She not on any lease she doesn’t have permission to be there by me or the owner and her roach infested furniture are a definite health code violation.
What do I do here?
Google says serve a 7 day cure or quit, but 13 has been a relatively good tenant very few small issues but those happen, I don’t wanna have to kick 13 out if she won’t cure the issue.

Anyone got the new rainier arms rx11 grip?
If so do you like it? How’s it compare to other popular grips mainly staccato and cheely?

So my buddy 22m had a first date last night.
He said they smoked, had dinner, and went back to her mom’s place and stuff happened.
My worry is he said that he told her no multiple times due to not having a condom but she kept pressing him to have sex with her and eventually he gave in.

Anyone removed the front sight on their XC?

How many of yall shoot with one eye open vs both eyes open?
I was taught to shoot with one eye close bat as my shooting eyes vision gets worse (thanks type one diabetes) I’m considering starting to train with both eyes open.

Anyone else unable to easily/ quickly find games? It’s taking a good 2-3 minutes for me to find games in playlists like classic moshpit hardcore nuketown, face off and hard core faceoff. And when it does find a match it’s never a full game and has to merge lobbies.

I got this thing a week ago Saturday and the 17 rounders that came with it are perfect but 2/3 of the 20 rounders I bought won’t drop free when ejected. Confirmed with a friend who has a staccato P that they do in fact drop out properly, and they do.
My friend spoke with his friend who has a XC and he confirmed that his XC had the same issue with random mags also, and it stopped happening when he switched to an aluminum grip.
If anyone else has this issue and or a fix (that’s not a $800 aluminum grip) please let me know, it sucks wasting money on mags when only 1/2 of the function properly.

Edit: these are staccato brand mags with the Dawson baseplates

So last night I posted about my recently acquired staccato mags not dropping free when ejected.
I have more info about them after playing with the set up for like an hour.
I was able to get one of the two issue mags to drop free like normal when ejected but it will not drop free if the slide is locked back. The second issue mag will only eject when the pistol grip is perfectly vertical. It will not drop when the pistol grip is angled or when the slide is locked back. Again the third 20 rounder and all of the 17 rounders don’t have any issues.
Staccato CS says it’s mostly likely the mags but can’t say for certain without inspecting them and the pistol….

So I just picked up some staccato brand 20 rounders off GAFS and they won’t slide out when you go to eject them, the 17 rounders don’t have this issue but the 20 rounders I have to physically pull or jiggle out of the grip.
Is this an issue with the mags or my grip?

I’ve got a 08 f250 that’s decided to throw a p2263 code. I’m thinking it’s either the map or ebp sensor as it’s done this before back in 2021, I just can’t remember which one it was.
Anyone know why I’m going through exhaust sensors so frequently?
