I’m visiting Antalya soon with family and have many things planned was wondering when coming from the airport to our accommodation and just generally getting around Antalya for activities, what is the best app to use for taxis? I was told that there seems to be a lot of tourist scams with yellow taxis so best to book on apps. Wondering what apps these may be?

Also does anyone advise any way on how to know if we are paying inflated tourist price on things or normal turkey price? Thanks

Hi all I’m studying my BSC as a diagnostic radiography student in London. I don’t take SFE so pay my fees out of pocket. I’d like to find some sort of work to help finance it as I’ve not even working a while and not earning.

However with my course I find it hard to apply or commit due to things like placement. I have just completed a 6 week placement. Unfortunately I’ve been rejected from many jobs because they don’t want someone who would go out of work for 6 weeks for example. Is there any jobs you guys recommend? I’m starting to feel the pressure with paying my tuition fee and could not take the SFE loan due to religious reasons. Any advice is appreciated!

Recently got a parking ticket and appealed it. They accepted and sent a cheque on the name of the registered owner of the vehicle. However they misspelt the first name. I’ve tried to email them at mailto:info@parkingeye.co.uk but it doesn’t deliver them emails. I was wondering how to actually contact them? Thanks

Hi I want to withdraw money from my balance of my banned account but every time I try to login to withdraw it sends a code to a phone number. I no longer have access to this number now which I’ve constantly been telling vinted.

I asked if I can change it or provide some proof or get it via email. I have over £1500+ in my vinted balance!

They said they won’t follow my request because they suspect fraudulent activity.

Any help please?

Hi I’m looking to open a savings account and looking at monzo as an option. From what I read online it seems you must open a current account with monzo to make a savings account.

My main thing when opening bank accounts is if it’ll affect my credit score 😂not too knowledge on it though so wanted to ask, when I open a savings account with monzo, will it affect my credit SCORE?

I’ve been banned because of their AI falsely picking up my items as inauthentic. I’ve been told there’s no point appealing even though I have but now I have no hopes.

I wanted to ask is it possible to ask vinted to delete your account even after being permanently banned as technically your records are still there, your ID, name, address, phone number, and bank details.

I read on google: ‘Request Data Deletion: Under GDPR, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. You can reach out to Vinted's support team or their privacy department to request your data be deleted’

Was just wondering if this is accurate and who I can contact for this?

I recently listed some trainers that belong to my uncle as he had passed away a few months ago and his things are just collecting dust. I listed the trainers even got 3 sales over night and continued to list today. Just as I was listed i got a message saying my account is blocked due to fraudulent activity of selling counterfeit. I once listed used asics for £25 of my uncles which they said were fake. I sent them all the proof I could they never got back to me. I relisted them and they sold and never had any issues.

But with these new trainers I’m listing one of them seems to have flagged it up although they’re all pretty much the same shoe but different colours.

I’ve heard vinted does this AI check which checks items and can sometimes be wrong.

I was thinking of appealing but is this something that’s worth it? Off the top of my hand I can send them some email invoices that I may have access to from when my uncle bought them but not sure if this is sufficient as sometimes vinted even rejects store bought item receipts for proof.

Any help is appreciated because at this rate not sure how vinted is usable if they keep taking things down that are not fake yet people selling fake get away with it. It was also a straight ban, no warning etc.

When withdrawing money from vinted balance do I have to have my full name on the bank details or can I just have the letter of my first name with my full surname?
