losing variegation

I recently bought this, on the other side of the shelves is a large window where it gets bright light. since I’ve brought it home the leaves have grown decently fast, and have gotten much bigger, so it seems pretty happy. but lost all variegation. why could this be happening? *edit to add the photos fail to capture just how much bigger the leaves in the second photo are. I also double checked it’s not two different plants and it’s not. both leaves are on one vine.

PSA

if you’re planning on having any sort of jaw surgery, bring your own ice masks, ice packs and/or cold therapy. they can be stored and brought out for you. I’ve done this in the past! bonus if you can microwave to warm the face masks as well, which nurses will also help you with. I can’t put into words my HATRED for these ice packs they give you at the hospital. (I am only speaking about my history with them for JAW SURGERY.) my surgery was outpatient this time so I left everything for when I got home, huge mistake. and I love my nurses, but when I told them for hours that this doesn’t get nearly cold enough to make a difference, they just said really?? I ended up ordered ice in a bag. I get it you don’t want to ‘burn’ your skin with ice. this still sucks. the fact that hospitals are providing these thinking they are doing anything close to enough is a disservice. so this is my PSA to go into the hospital with your preferred ice therapy! I have masks, wraps, and I just ordered the Donjoy Iceman Classic for my next (and final!!) surgery :) - drop your favorite cold therapy below!!

swollen lymph node & medication options

i have been having left breast pain for a few years, my ultrasound/mammogram two yrs ago came back normal. the pain got worse recently so i repeated the same scans & they came back normal except this time they said i had a large swollen lymph node in my left armpit. the radiologist came in and started asking me, have you gotten any vaccines recently? been very sick? and i said no. she explained there is a large lymph node under my left armpit and she’s concerned and recommends to comeback in 3 mos to rescan. i brought up that I had lupus. as soon as she found this out, she was like oh haha okay you have lupus then this is normal, don’t come back for any scans.

I felt like how could you know if this is normal or not just because I have lupus? I looked it up & it is more common for people to have lupus to have swollen lymph nodes frequently, but ive never had that issue. I told my rheumatologist he was also just like yeah that’s normal and brushed it off. fast forward to today I’m putting lotion on and my left armpit just feels very swollen. I can feel now where the lymph node is and pushing on it kind of sends chills up the left side of my head. i’m on antibiotics rn due to cellulitis in a different part of my body outside of that I haven’t had any other changes. why is it less concerning to have a large swollen lymph node if you have lupus? just because I have lupus doesn’t mean that the lymph node couldn’t be a serious issue right?

I have two upcoming unrelated surgeries which means that unfortunately I can’t follow up on this right away. I’m only on hydroxychloroquine and whenever I bring up to my doctor within the last year that I’m just exhausted that new issues pop-up constantly he says that my only option is methotrexate. I’ve asked him about other options but because I don’t have any organ involvement he said the only option would be methotrexate and if it failed, we could go from there. after my two upcoming surgeries, I planned to consider trying for a baby so obviously methotrexate is just not a good option for me.

I just need something better to help control and prevent constant new symptoms and he’s only giving me one option. I just feel like I’m at a brick wall and it’s starting to affect me emotionally. Is methotrexate truly the only other option? has anyone else dealt with a similar attitude towards swollen lymph nodes? has anyone dealt with a swollen chronic armpit lymph node?? thank you 🙏🏼

What the????

I’m just looking for a freaking dress and I don’t ever want to use Poshmark again. ive shopped exclusively on Poshmark for online clothes for years. I’ve just been scrolling and scrolling through thousands of the same dresses from the same couple sellers, all brandless. Fast fashion energy. This is such a waste of my time. I can’t even see real sellers listings. Maybe one every couple hundred of the others. I just put in a dress idea, size and scrolled through all brandless slop at hundreds of dollars for like 10 minutes. I just want to buy from a person, see a dress not on a model, find something from an actual brand I like without having to search each individual brand. This is absolutely turning me away as a customer. Sorry but I literally came here to rant bc what is this?? It’s like Poshmark is doing what Etsy did. Poshmark WTF?

Need product suggestions :)

I’m really liking this product but I believe it was $17 and it’s a very small amount of product I feel for the price, because it takes like five pumps for my face and chest and I’m flying through it. Does anyone recommend a similar product that works really well with similar ingredients that might be more cost-effective? I was thinking something like advertised for the whole body even. I’m not interested in glycolic acid or niacinamide much but lactic acid included would be fine.

Also looking for a recommend sebum softener! Each one has such mixed reviews I’d love to get some recommendations.

Thank you!!
