How to stop ear itchiness and pain from sleep buds?

These buds r great and the only thing getting me through the night. I sleep 12+ hours (illness) and have been waking up every few hours with ear itchiness and pain. I'm pretty sure I have the right size buds as they feel good.

Any advice appreciated.

How to stop chewing and spitting? Help!

24f

For 2 years straight daily for 8-10 hours from the moment I wake to the moment I sleep I chew and spit. I cannot stop. My finances are ruined. My teeth a decaying. What can I do?

I have severe chronic fatigue (mecfs) so am unemployed, cannot exercise or do really anything without severe physical consequences. Eatting I can do. Since I got sick two years ago, things have gotten bad with all this free time and nothing my body can do.

This started as a "solution" to binge eatting and bulimia. I struggled for 10+ years before I "discovered" this making it even harder to stop.

How to get out of a book slump after these books?

I read all her books a month ago and literally cannot move on. I've tried to move on, tried to start so many other books but nothing hits the same.

Any similar book suggestions (I've read Him)?

Need help finding sleep earplugs that don't hurt, last battery wise for 12hrs and can block out a loud bus every morning.

A new neighbour had moved in and for the last six months every Mon-sat every morning at 7-7.30am they start their bus. It is SOOOO loud. The engine vibrates and you can feel it in your bones .

I've tried whitenoise, fans, anti vibration pads under my bed. I'm on every sleep med and it works for everything but this.

Earplugs are my last option. What can I buy that isn't gonna hurt and last for 12 hrs (I sleep this long due to fatigue disorder)?

Neighbour wakes me up daily. What can I do?

To preface I have Me/Cfs (chronic fatigue syndrome) a disorder where I need 12-14 hrs sleep or more on bad days or I literally cannot stay awake, function or take care of myself (hygiene etc). Because of this I sleep till 12-1pm most days.

Curious if you would go to the police.

I can't imagine how hard of a situation she was in but I do think in reality many people wouldn't have dobbed their partner in.

EDIT: Curious on this scenario. If circumstances were different, (married for years with kids, the man hit died instantly) would you go to police. Why, why not?
