I'm based in Asia and looking for online therapy. I'm particularly interested in working with a therapist trained in Western evidence-based approaches.

The challenge is that standard US private-practice rates can be difficult to sustain long-term because of exchange rates and income differences between regions. I'll be paying out of my pocket.

I'm hoping to find recommendations for affordable therapy networks, platforms or organizations etc. or any kind of feedback will be highly appreciated.

I'm not necessarily looking for the cheapest option available. I'd rather find a skilled therapist whose rates are sustainable for long-term work.

Also to tackle that problem is it a common practice where I can hide my identity and take professional therapy sessions. Is that effective? Thank you!

Hello guys, I used to do 15k sip every month since last five years. It was distributed between one small cap fund and one Flexi fund and some amount would go to US mutual funds. Now I’m increasing that amount to 50 K per month. I am bit nervous and scared as it looks like a very big amount. Should I consult a financial advisor for this or I can do SIP on my own?
It just feels very overwhelming or is there any other way where I can invest these things like gold where I can expect a good return in long-term.
