my 14 year old family cat passed away almost one year ago. her death was traumatic for the family and abrupt. i still cry for her, but i know she is still with me since she visits me in my dreams every now and then.
can someone tell me if they feel anything about her?

i have been diagnosed with intractable/nonintractable episodic headaches and have dealt with this for maybe 4 years now. i tried meds with didn’t work well for me, and im now taking supplements to help. i still don’t fully know the trigger but am interested in finding new ways to find relief.

I have been struggling with binging the last couple years of my life. I just binged really badly and am looking for advice from anyone.
I’ll do really good all day, work out after work and then once i get home to my apartment i just can’t stop myself once i start. I have incorporated healthy hobbies but then that gives me the idea that “oh i worked out really hard today” now i deserve to have “blank”. The guilt just makes me feel so horrible, which we all know adds to this behavior.
It’s just so frustrating having to restart this getting back on track alllll the time, the cycle just never ends and im making no progress.
