i juse spam pushups and pullups and squats as much as i can and that's all about it

how to make this room cooler?
I just installed fedora KDE and the sleep option when triggered via the software works fine. But when i press the power button or close the lid, the system doesnt sleep, the screen just turns off and I cant do anything until i hard restart it.
Its configured to "sleep" in the power management option.
the power LED doesnt blink as it should when pressed/lid closed, but it does blink when the sleep is triggered through the software (i.e. the system IS sleeping)
any fix to this?
i've installed fedora workstation 43 on my laptop alongside windows, 750gb fedora and 221gb windows...
whenever i turn off the lid or just press the power off button to suspend the system, it takes forever to wake up, even more time than booting from shut down.
Any fix? Laptop specs -
Ideapad slim 5 ryzen 7 AI 350, 24 gb 4800MHz ram, 1TB.
