If I bought 2 tickets with a companion coupon, does anyone know if I could utilize two 12-hour upgrade coupons on that reservation?

I’ve seen that for the upper deck economy seats you usually board downstairs and then have to walk to the back then take the stairs up?

Are FAs allowed to make unstandardized announcements? I know some airlines have standardized announcements. Just came off a flight from Singapore to sfo where the fas was informing everyone before meal service that if they want coffee they should also state if they want cream or sugar otherwise they would just be given black coffee. Felt like a lecture to me. I didn’t hear this announcement on my flight to Singapore. Are FAs allowed to make these announcements just on a whim???

I have a multi segment trip (2 legs there, 2 legs back). I’m on the first 2 legs of the trip and the WiFi on each leg is pretty terrible (b777 planes). Can I submit a refund now for the first 2 legs so far or do I have to wait until the entire trip is over before I can request a refund?

I see a message on the site where it says you can’t request a refund for an active trips but I think that is referring to the flight ticket and not necessarily the WiFi?
