The second watch I’m trying to sell this weekend, have to make some room to buy a new franken gmt 16570. This one being one of my Day Dates, the 40 mm Rose Gold Olive Dial version. The watch comes complete with all the links and is in great condition. In the end it turned out I didn’t wear the watch too much because of how gold it is.

Bedrijfsgebouw in vennootschap
Hallo
Dit is voor mij wat toekomst muziek, maar had graag eens geluisterd wat volgens jullie de mogelijkheden zijn. Natuurlijk zou ik eens het moment daar is advies inwinnen bij een professional.
Ik werk voor een familiebedrijf dat ik op termijn zou kunnen overnemen, denk over een jaar 5 tot 10. Er zijn 2 vennootschappen, 1 werk vennootschap en 1 vennootschap met het bedrijfsgebouw in.
Het overnemen van de werkvennootschap zie ik doenbaar, aan de winstgevendheid is er wat werk maar dat komt wel in orde. Ik zou uiteindelijk 50 % van beide vennootschappen erven.
Nu het bedrijfsgebouw, is volgens mijn berekening tussen de 1 250 000 en 1 750 000 euro waard, de omzet van de werkvennootschap draait rond de 1 500 000 tot 2 000 000. Ten tijde van aankoop gebouw was de omzet rond de 3 000 000 en heeft het gebouw ongeveer 350 000 euro gekost, wat al veel beter in balans is.
Wat zijn de mogelijkheden om naast de helft van de werkvennootschap (wat ik als doenbaar zie) alsook de patrimonium vennootschap over te nemen (wat ik minder doenbaar zie). Kan een bedrijf eventueel zin eigen aandelen kopen? Er zou dan meer huur betaald moeten worden vanuit de werkvennootschap om die aankoop te bekostigen wat winst in de patrimonium vennootschap oplevert. De kosten van het aankopen van de aandelen zouden niet van de winst kunnen afgetrokken worden? Ik ben maar wat aan het denken, iemand die hier ervaring mee heeft?

Kleine verkopen
Beste
Ik ben een verzamelaar van kleine relatief goedkope uurwerken. Vooral vintage swatches dan. Ik doe maandelijks toch een 5 a 6 transacties hiervoor, bedragen rond de 500 euro telkens. Soms eens alleen aankop, soms ook verkoop. Ik maak hier af en toe ook winst op, denk aan 50 a 100 euro, maar trek daar dan verzendkosten en dergelijke af en er blijft niet veel van over.
Dit is voor mij dus in feite geen inkomen maar ik verdien er wel iets aan.
Ik doe dit meestal via PayPal en haal het bedrag er meestal direct af naar ln zicht rekening.
Loop ik hier een risico dat ik hier belast op zal worden? Dien ik dit aan te geven?

Small patches of LS do you use clobetasol all over?
Hello
I have gotten the diagnose about 2 years ago, was just around my butt at first which was managable good. My dermatologist prescribed clobetasol but told me not to use it to much for some reason??? I see people here talk about 12 weeks, 2 times per day and then 2 times a week. Now recently (last year) it has gotten on the top of my dick too.
Now my question is, do you only treat the affected (white) skin part or do you just slobber it all over?
Why would my doc have said to not use it too much?
