I’ve read dozens of “help me find the best shoe!” And I know it’s all personal preference. My biggest fear is slipping everywhere during the sleds.
Anyone have a shoe they would NOT recommend or had bad grip strength on the turf?
Hi all! I’ve been looking for a ticket to DC. Went on FB and a guy who has planned to do it with his wife is selling her ticket as she hasn’t trained for it. He said he never assigned a name to the ticket since he wasn’t sure if she would definitely follow through. He seems to be a legit triathlete and said we could do half money before half after I get the ticket since I’m taking a chance on a stranger. Is that a thing? No assignment to a ticket?
I grabbed the hoodie last night, so sad there are no pink pants! Question about fit for these items though. Are they glorified pajamas? Run large/small? Need a bra with tank? Could you leave the house in the shorts?😂 The pants look so comfy but I really would have loved a matching set. Any insight would be helpful before I buy anything!💗
Just picked up my halter top in PM. Yall weren’t wrong. Strap is 1-2 inches too long and that’s before it stretches at all. I have small boobs but you can see my nips so I gotta put in cup pads which I’m afraid I’ll love when I workout.
I don’t know who designed this top, but I may end up returning. I’m so sad as I love the color, fabric, and halters in general.😭😭😭😭😭

Now that I’ve lost 25 pounds, I burn WAY fewer calories during my workout😂. It’s so annoying. I do long runs on the weekend, and man alive do I have to go so much further to burn the same. Great problem to have, but damn!☠️🤣

So I bought the LOB Cropped sweatshirt and straight leg pants. Love this color so excited. I posted earlier that my pants were canceled. Huge bummer.
I then check the website AND in store and there they are! In my size and in stock. I select chat on my app to ask about getting them as I bought as a set and they are apparently very much available.
Alo said NOPE! Maybe it was a billing issue etc. I said it was not as I had another piece in that order: they confirmed that it WAS NOT ON ME or my card but then also said that if I got the pants I wouldn’t get the sale price.

I have been waiting impatiently for Xuxu to be available in decant form. I love House of Bo. My favorite house of all time is Guerlain and each one of these sound incredible. Things I didn’t anticipate I’d LOVE:
Wild Things Bra in LPB OMG this color is so much prettier in person. I thought Sunshine would be my everything but as a fair blonde girlie LPB works much better.
This bra is so flattering! I wish I’d bought more. The cups have to go tho😂
Match Point Skirt in black. I thought I’d probably return this as I’m 46 and assumed you’d see my ass cheeks but it’s again so flattering! My thighs eat up the shorts so I’m not sure if I could run in them but with a tshirt or tank on a hot day? YES.
Alumni Shorts in Sunshine. Are these loud AF? Sorta. Did I almost return? Yes. Am I obsessed with this color tho and are they flattering? Also yes. And probably nice and cool in the summer.
Match Point Shorts in black and LPB. They’re so light and airy. Going back and forth of keeping both since they don’t have a phone pocket to run (I run a lot) and the waistband creates teeny skin spillage which isn’t a goal of mine but it’s just how the band is on these. I like them more than I thought! Will keep at least one.
Surprising misses:
Suit Up pants in Gravel. Comfy? Yes. Long without shoes? Yes and I’m 5ft6 but mainly this color makes me feel like a camp counselor 😂. Maybe black would be better, but if that’s the case I’ll maybe wait until Black Friday? I’m not sure how often I’d grab them. I’m more of a cute sweatpant girl.
Accolade in sunshine. Horrible quality. Wrinkles with bad stitching everywhere😭 bit too baggy to wear with the shorts and look cute.
Accolade shorts in Candlelight. HUGE! I have the sweatshirt and again the sweatshirt is so baggy that with the shorts it’s not what I had in mind. If I’m keeping yellow shorts I’m leaning the Alumni.
Still waiting for the v neck bra tank in black, accolade crop and straight leg pants in LPB. Hoping I hate them ☠️😂

This is my obsession. They have tons of flavors but Trash Can always is my go to. Lots of seasonal flavors. They literally have pieces of candy in them, but have 20g protein. I have two a day. It’s a problem!

Every year I say I want to run a marathon and then never commit. I’m 46/f. Work in fitness and run most days of the week. Average outdoor run is 6-9 miles and I train at Orangetheory. I have been on a GLP since last February after gaining 20+ pounds compliments of obviously eating more than I realized and perimenopause.
I’ve lost the weight and am more in maintenance now and really want to sign up for a marathon. Fueling etc is what scares me the most and having less energy. I’m finally not nauseous anymore. Has anyone trained for their first on a GLP-1? Is it possible? What was your experience? Thanks!
