i used to be able to say "spin up a ux/ui agent to make a pass on this, then a code agent", and it would do background terminal stuff. this is on mac using the cli codex. now it says it cannot do that and previous gpt models did that. did something change?

i'm in PA and doordash had me pickup in PA and drop off in NJ. I think i had to pay a toll there. can i set it to not do this? or is it just a matter of me seeing the delivery spot and declining?
I created 3 videos using gemini yesterday. It said I reached my daily limit. Now today it is still saying i reached my daily limit. When does this reset? I am on a google workspace account and it is not showing any usage in internal dashboards/no quota reached etc. I do not see a usage limits selection when I hit the settings gear on gemini (interface is web).
