Howdy. Looking for some advice on a buy once/cry once bench.

Currently have a Rep AB 3100 that I love but as I’m getting into some heavier lifts, I’m finding that it’s not as stable as I want it to be.

The two I’m primarily looking at are the Blackwing and Rogue’s AB 3.0 so I’m looking for input from those who’ve tried both. I like the post-less design of the Blackwing a lot.

Also interested in the Nighthawk and Giant F85 (they’re local so it’s convenient).

Howdy, looking for advice on what direction to go as far as a new carrier. I was issued a JPC-R for when I get to do cool guy stuff and it’s okay. Though, I feel like I had a to spend a bunch of money just to get it there

A few guys run SPCs and like them a lot and I think the upgrades like structural bund and tubes I already have on my JPC can be moved straight over but my question for those who have tried both, is the LV120 worth the investment as an entirely new system?

I’m not loading the carrier up for sustainment so how much of a benefit will the 120’s fancy new structure and cummerbund be for me? Mostly sitting in a car or standing next to a car lol.

Policy is not a factor for this one. As long as it’s green and has the required patches, and fit the issued 10x12 plates, it could be a fishing vest.
