Quviviq 50mg - EXTREME side effect?

Hello fellow sufferers :-)

Ive had sleep issues for the last 3 years after recovering a severe depression.

Ive basically tried it all. Nothing really helped a lot sadly.

I got prespribed Quviviq 50mg last week to test it out, which is one of the only meds i have not yet tried, as its rather unknown in Germany.

First 2 night i broke a pill in 2 and took 25mg give or take. I noticed an improvement but still woke up by the hour.

Tonight i tried a full 50mg Tablet and had the craziest experience.

30 Minutes after taking it I was shaking uncontrollably and had a shiver down my spine every 5 seconds or so. It was horrible and scary as fuck!! I thought i was going to pass out.

Is that a thing people experience on Quviviq? Now im terrified to take another, not going to lie....

Please share your takes...

Is there people playing WoW on a tablet/convertible?

Hey fellow classic enjoyers!
Might be a weird question, but im looking for a tablet/convertible for some casual wow on the go.
I assume that only a tablet with windows would be the go to.
My budget is rather limited. I might be able to scrape about 500€ together.
Can you guys recommend something here?
Id love a stable 60+ fps obviously, no stutterfest :-)
The bigger the screen, the better.
Id also be using that machine for uni stuff.

Tyvm!<3

Edit: A used one would be fine also, as long as its in the price range!

What blood markers do you suggest getting checked?

Hello :-)
Id love to have a full list of bloods i should be getting checked when cruising on TRT+ long term.
250mg weekly (split into 2) + 2iu HGH daily.
What i already know is that Hematocrit, E2, Total T and Free T are a must.
What else?

Are my E2 levels okay?

Hey folks!

I've been on TRT for almost 4 years now due to hypogonadism. I was prescribed 125mg once weekly initially, which made me feel like trash after the high faded - which was at about day 5.
So i took things into my own hands and started doing 75mg twice a week. Worked good.

For the past couple of months i have increased to TRT+, doing 125mg E4D, which equals out to about 220mg weekly. Doing it for muscle building purposes. Also implemented 2iu HGH daily.

I got my bloods checked 2 weeks ago, which was 2 days after my last 125mg pin, and my E2 was at 56. Its quite a lot higher than reference range for guys my age; However, im not experiencing itchy nipples or anything like that. And ive read multiple times that while on higher doses than regular TRT its not uncommon for E2 to be a bit elevated.
Should i think about adding in an aromatase inhibitor already? Or is my E2 level still rather fine?
Only really struggling with sleep, but i have had terrible sleep even before starting T already.

Appreciate any help!

Adding/Stacking Tirz to Reta!?

Hey Folks!
Just wanted to ask those, that are combining both drugs for the best of both worlds!
Right now im on 2mg Reta every 4 days.
Ive been on it for 14 weeks now and the results have been good!
Only the food noise and appetite are not at all in check, unfortunately. Im either thinking of adding in Cagri or Tirz to curb that.
If i was going to add Tirz, what would you recommend? Stick to 2mg Reta E4D and just add 1mg Tirz to start off with?
I cant really go higher with the Reta as it reeeeeally messes up my sleep. I tried 3mg and it made me borderline insomniac. Without having better food noise regulation, unfortunately.

Please give me some recommendations on how to proceed!

For those that used both Reta and Tirz...

Please tell me your experiences and differences when comparing both peptides! :-)
Especially regarding food noise, appetite, weight loss on average, daily drive/motivation/mood and side effects!

Would love to have some insight as im considering which would suit me better.
I am using Reta right now for a cut but my sleep it kind of terrible and im just on 2mg every 4 days (been on it for 12 weeks and slowly titrated up). And my hunger and food noise are not really all that much better - although i have to say when i started with 0,5mg i had really good effects! But they seemed to fade quickly, unfortunately.

Thank you!!

Bro, Mots-C is magic

First day today of using Mots-C.
Im in a deep cut/deficit for almost 11 weeks now and am sub 10% body fat.
The last 10 days have been soooo bad, i felt like sleeping all day, no energy, absurd lethargy, mood swings. Usual effects of a steep cut.
Thats exactly what i ordered Mots-C for as its apparently helping with the side effects of dieting down.
And man, its almost ridiculous how much better i feel today.
I shot ONLY 0,2mg this morning and about an hour later i could already feel it.
Right now im on the treadmill doing my daily 30000 steps and let me tell you guys, i feel like i could keep going for 20000 more LOL. Usually i was dying by the 15000 mark. No way its placebo.

If you struggle with the same miserable dieting fatigue, give Mots-C a shot.
Absolutely wild!!!

How do i transition from Reta to Tirz?

Hello fellow Biohackers :-)

I want to make the switch from Reta to Tirz soon.
Reta was the first GLP i ever used. Ive been on it for 12 weeks now and slowly titrated up.
Started with 0,5mg a week and currently am on 2mg every four days.
While it absolutely helped me get stage lean, i have terrible sleep ever since.
My cut is basically done and now i only want some appetite supression for the recovery phase.
I didnt have much appetite suppression / food noise reduction on Reta to be honest. It was ever so slightly. I hope Tirz does that part better!

So my question is:
For those who made the switch from Reta to Tirz;
What did your starting dose look like? Did you just swap it out 1:1?
So could i just do 2mg E4D like im doing right now?

Thanks!!!

How is it possible to be nauseous within SECONDS of injecting MT2?

Its just crazy to me. I shoot it in my belly and literally before i can put it back in the fridge im nauseous right away. And no, its absolutely not my mind playing tricks.
5-10 minutes later i always get some mild upper GI cramping, which is annoying but bearable.

How does it show sides immediately? I mean if it was IV, cool, but sub q?
Baffling!

EDIT: Cetirizine does wonders. ZERO sides since taking a pill 15 mins prior to injection! Amazing

Have you switched from Reta to Mounjaro? If so, why?

And what difference could you tell right away?
Im considering dropping the Reta off for Tirz. I just want to maintain weight now and just want the appetite suppressing effects.
Another option would be using Cagri for that, i got recommended.
What were your experiences?
Thankful for every insight!

Don't eat big portions while on GLPs

Call me stupid or whatever you want, but im just making this post to make people aware that big meals are a nono on Reta/GLPs.

I was just rushed to the hospital due to unimaginable pain in the upper GI-tract.

Buscopan IV, Novalgin IV and morphines helped me get over it now.

According to the doctor i had a cramp in my colon.

Yea, an actual full on muscle cramp, lasting about an hour. I cant put into words how painful that was. I thought something has ruptured, it was that bad.

I had renal colics before so i do know what really really bad pain feels like. This was the cherry on the cake though.

I will never have a big meal while on GLPs ever again.

Even though I knew that big portions are not good due to the severely slowed gastric emptying, I still ate a huge meal as i wasn't sated after just a little.

I dont have a natural feeling of satiety anymore because of an ED, thats why im on GLPs in the first place. So more or less off-label. While it did help me stopping eating in the middle of the night (NES, its a real disorder), I now really have to be cautious about the portion sizes.

TL;DR: Hospitalized with insane pain, had a cramping colon caused by the combination of GLP medication and a big meal.

Lets please settle the debate: HGH and food timing!

How drastic are the differences when taking exogenous HGH (say 2IU daily) fasted versus non-fasted.
I get that insulin secreted by food intake inhibits fat mobilisation while HGH does the exact opposite.
But how much of a negative effect does this actually have?
And is the fat metabolizing the only thing that gets blunted if you spike insulin before and after HGH administration by eating as if you didn't just shoot the peptide?
And how realistic is a HGH + bad food timing induced insulin resistance? Especially at lower doses like 2IU? And can taking GLP1's prevent that insulin resistance issue?

What about the other benefits that HGH provide?
Will suboptimal food timing weaken HGHs sleep quality improvement, recovery, muscle building properties (in combination with AAS), mood and general quality of life improvements?

Another big one is the HGH-shot timing itself.
Some swear by taking it pre bed, others swear by taking is first thing in the morning.
What is considered optimal if you want to get the best bang for buck results?

Any insights are highly appreciated. I think the information going around on the internet are wildly varying. If there is any actual experts on this topic on this sub, please let us know!

Please help me optimize and understand HGH usage (combined with T and Reta)

Hello folks! :-)

Id love to have some experts help me understanding and optimizing my fresh HGH journey.
As there is quite some contrary information going around about meal timing and blood sugar blunting (even exogenous) HGH.

Quick side info, if that is needed, no clue:
30m, 172cm, 82kg, 10% bf, 4 years lifting, cutting right now, 250mg Testosterone E split into 2 doses weekly, 2mg Reta E5D.

So right now im eating my largest meal right before or even IN bed (around 9pm), as it gives me comfort and eases falling to sleep. Its usually around 1100kcal, medium carb, medium fat, high protein.
About 30 mins prior to that i pin 2iu HGH. I started just 4 days ago. Been on T for 2 years ("real" hypogonadism, so i get it prescribed, but my levels are quite a bit higher than reference range now with 250mg - so basically a cruise). Started Reta about 2 months ago at 0.5mg and tirtrated up to 2mg as of now.

Am i manipulating the benefits of HGH by eating right after pinning every night?
Some say it doesnt make a difference at just 2IU, some say its completely worthless taking it if you dont use it fasted/on empty stomach.

I actually mainly started HGH to improve my sleep quality as its been terrible for the last 2 years. Thats also the reason why i prefer to pin it late rather than in the morning.
So far i didnt notice any changes - no sides either, thank god :-)

My question is:
What do i want to change to make the HGH administration work optimally?
Do i try to cut out any meals 2-3hrs before bed/injection?
Am i overthinking it?

I will buy a glucose monitor and start tracking every morning. Curious what its going to look like.

Any insight is highly appreciated!

I am crossposting to get as many responses in as possible, im not a bot =)
Cheers!

Transition from E4D IM to Daily SubQ - whats the smartest approach?

Hello Peeps :-)

Just curious how id switch things up if i want to go from E4D intramuscular (125mg) to ED subcutaneously (30mg).
Do i just go for the SubQ-pin right after my the day i injected the last IM shot?
Or do i wait the 4 days id usually wait and then start daily from there?

Also, would daily subq make E2 levels overall lower or higher in theory?

And if you made a similar switch, please tell me how it felt! Better, worse?
Bloodpanels? SHBG?

Cheers!

Do i go for an AI/DHT Derivate?

Basically title. 30M

Im getting prescribed TRT by my andrologist as i have primary hypogonadism.
But i started cruising on TRT+ about a year ago and its going great.
Right now im at 250mg a week split into 2 doses Mo./Thu.

Ever since i was on TRT i have had terrible sleep issues, mild acne on the back of my neck, low libido/sex drive. Im waking up at least once every hour.
Its incredibly exhausting.
When i was on regular TRT (125mg once a week, single injection, even pinned by my andrologist at that time lol), i already had the bad sleep thing going on and its not gotten worse with the higher dosing yet.
Ive always been a really good sleeper before, especially in my youth - some weekends i could sleep for 14 hrs nonstop and feel great afterwards.

My last blood tests on 250mg/week came in like this:
Total T: 1400ish
E2: 65

Before that, my last bloods on 125mg/week looked like this:
Total T: 750
E2: 52

I cant remember what free T was, id have to look at it again when im home.
Are those E2 levels high enough to cause bad sleep and acne?

I tried every single thing possible to improve my sleep already. Ive come to a point where i feel like its got to be about my E2 levels. Been to a sleep lab 2x, taking sleep medication, have extremely healthy bed time hygiene, tried meditation and all. Nobody can tell me whats wrong :-(

Whats your take on my situation?
Any insights appreciated! <3

Also:
If i wanted to increase the TRT+ anyways, could i just go for a DHT Derivate (Drosta/Var/Primo?) to lower E2 and double down on the benefits? So that i have another anabolic steroid in me and dont have to use an AI alltogether?
And if youd rather take an AI instead: Which one?
