Trying to get an idea of what these are worth

These boots are beautiful, I just don’t find the occasion to wear them enough. I’ve worn them maybe 5 times.

Size 11 B/D- boot maker edition. Horween shell cordovan color #8.

I’ve considered parting ways with them but I don’t know how much they’re worth given that they aren’t brand new obviously.

Canon 6D + 40mm f/2.8 pancake Lens

I’m pretty new to terrestrial photography, but I recently picked up the 6D and this lens for about $450. It’s crazy what a great value this kit is in 2026.

Canon 6D+40mm Pancake

I’m very new to terrestrial photography. I bought the canon 6D for Milky Way photography, and then decided that I wanted to get some affordable lenses primarily for landscape.

I recently bought this 40mm pancake for a little over $100 USD, and wow. I think it’s a fantastic bang for your buck and super portable, especially if you are still on the EF mount or have an adapter.

Xreal One Glasses Flickering

Hey everyone,

I have a pair of Xreal ones that now flicker after updating the firmware a couple of weeks ago.

I’ve owned them for about 10 months and they have never once done this before the firmware update.

It seems to happen mostly with Samsung Dex.

It’s not the cord because I’ve tried a cord from my old Xreal glasses and it still does it.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Cygnus and the Crescent Nebula

I took this image from home in my backyard. It’s roughly 10 hours of total integration time with a 135mm camera lens and a dual narrowband filter.

Normal or no? Second hands not hitting the markers

Am I asking too much here?

EDIT:

So I got some flack in the comments for rotating the watch in my original video.

And there does seem to be quite a bit of parallax with this watch unless you view it from straight on.

Here is a full video of the watch ticking from straight overhead, which I think looks a lot better actually.

Ive had this watch for 3 years, and just today swapped it on to a leather strap. All I have to say is wow, it’s super comfortable compared to a steel bracelet.
