I distinctly remember this, but I can't find it. This is roughly how I remember it going:

"These are my instructions to live a successful life. First, run down to a game store and tell the clerk 'I want to buy Danganronpa, the game starring the adorable and lovable Monokuma!' Then, carefully unwrap the game box from its plastic seal. Removing the seal is the privilege of a game owner. Then, carefully remove the disc from its pack. Hold it in your hands, then snap it. Run down to a second game store and tell the clerk 'I want to buy Danganronpa, the game starring the sexy and popular Monokuma!' If you do this, you are sure to live a successful life."
