Hello, I'm a property manager for my apartment complex, we have someone who keeps coming onto the property and tearing up our back lot, doing donuts nearly killing the neighborhood cat, nearly hitting kids a couple times. It's getting very frustrating and we're waiting on a speed bump to arrive, but he keeps coming back blowing 50 in a 20. Does anyone know what kind of vehicle this is? I keep calling our police department but they don't send anyone out and tell me since it wasn't there right at the time they were tearing up our parking lot that they won't send anyone out to catch them since they aren't nearby anymore. This is rubbish so I'm doing my own investigation. I've attached a photograph of our security cameras and him ruining our back lot, I'd love any help!

This is a 2022 Nissan rogue Sv Sport approximately 37500 miles and a automatic awd. I have recently been in a accident where it wasn't my fault where a driver ran a stop sign and hit me and my car was left like this. Do you guys think it's considered totaled?

Got into a accident, but I was lucky and the brake light and blinkers work. Just wondering if I’d still get pulled over, more specifically in New York. I’m going to take it to get inspected for my insurance claim but I kinda don’t want to give it up as a total loss.

Had too much Taco Bell

Anyone who has been to this lounge knows how way undersized it is, well that problem is about to be solved! There was a huge unused space to the left that I could never figure out why wasn't part of the initial lounge, well apparently I wasn't the only person to think that. Construction has started to pretty much double the size of the existing space! All the space behind the temporary wall will be the expanded area.

I was turning out of my building garage and hit the rear passenger wheel against the concrete wall. Now the rear wheel is bent smh. 2024 nissan pathfinder 4wd. Is this a tough, costly fix? Is it the axle?
