A question for LRA employees: Puwede po ba ang multiple owners nakalagay sa Land Title, each with unequal share?

For example ng ilalagay sa title:

Owners:

Juan dela Cruz, married, of legal age, Filipino, 1/4 share

Maria dela Cruz, single, of legal age, Filipino, 1/4 share

Pedro dela Cruz, married, of legal age, Filipino, 1/4 share

Sebastian Reyes, married, of legal age, Filipino, 1/8 share

Juana Reyes Santos, married, of legal age, Filipino, 1/8 share

There's a Philippine village that needs an over 7-hour detour by road to reach the government of its mother municipality. Any other examples like this in the world?

Idea: A 2-km segment of the Pasig River can be reclaimed and turned into a world-class park.

The area in blue is the area that needs to be dug in order to divert the water and shorten Pasig River.

The area in green is the area that would be drained of water after the river's diversion is completed. This low-lying area can then be turned into a park.

This proposal is similar to what have been done to Valencia's river in Spain:

Turia River --> Turia Garden

Anong probinsya ba talaga ang nakakasakop sa Balintang Islands?

Walang probinsya ang nakasaad sa Wikipedia article nito. May note lang na:

> Websites for both Cagayan and Batanes provinces do not indicate who has jurisdiction of these islands.

Sa Google Maps app (using my Android phone) kapag sin-earch mo ang "Cagayan, Philippines" at "Batanes, Philippines" iha-highlight nito buong teritoryo ng bawat lalawigan, pero wala sa kanila ang hum-ighlight sa Balintang Islands.

When Jesus and Paul talked about salvation, was this entirely about eschatological salvation, on who would be saved at eschaton? Or were there postmortem salvation aspects to it, on what would be the fate of those who die before eschaton?

My paternal grandfather had a nickname which means 'greedy' in our local language. And my maternal grandmother had a nickname which means 'vociferous'. Their siblings, parents, uncles, aunts and many other relatives had their own insulting nicknames that their neighbors and relatives had given them.

I still had not added any of these insulting nicknames in my documentation of them. But sometimes I think I must. While these nicknames aren't really positive in any way, people in my country, the Philippines, sometimes use these insulting nicknames neutrally, especially if they want to clarify the person who they were talking about.

For example:

Person 1: Have you heard what happened to Insiong?

Person 2: Which Insiong?

Person 1: Insiong Mabatâ (bad-odor Insiong)

In this case, Person 1 wasn't necessarily insulting Insiong. He just used Insiong's insulting nickname to distinguish him from the other Insiongs.

For some genealogical research purposes. The younger brother of my late grandfather said he had a cousin with this given name (plus a surname I won't mention), and knowing who this person could be could finally unlock a brickwall I had in my genealogical research (knowing who the parents were of one of my great-grandmothers).
