Let me state that this is my favorite model I’ve found from the company, within that range.. I’ve tried the 30i’s, space, p31i and I just prefer the “v” shaped sound profile that really pushes extreme metal with the tight punchy bass and the bright, crisp highs that really shine, especially when there’s orchestral and symphonic elements.

I’ve tried Earfun’s Pro 4 and returned it. As weird as it may sound, I prefer the “active”, aggressive sound over “detail” and that neutral, warm airy sound. I want bite. Should I just stick with that I have or move around and try something else? $150 max

So my Sir will arrive on Tuesday. I work Tuesday-Saturday.. 4pm-2am, very labor intensive in a hot/wet environment.. so yeah, this will not be pleasant. But I was an opiate/H addict for ten years; so I’ve transited the Abyss and know what to expect as I traverse this hellscape.

So.. preload and then cut my dose in half.. and then trying to decide what day should I jump off the Sir. I have 3 days off Sat/Sun/Mon. Should I take my final dose on Friday night?

I’d like to try the ULDN method, along with clonadine. I have gaba already. I’m leaning towards using leaf/MIT and naltrexone instead of strips. My question is, am I requesting Naltrexone or just taking whatever the MD suggests? I’ve also previously been prescribed benzos in the past for generalized anxiety; is it unreasonable to ask for this as well? Lastly, I’m wanting to get a low dose script of Gaba for PAWS. Is all this too much to ask/expect?

I’m five months in at around 400-500 daily. Former H addict it and this is not my first rodeo in transiting the abyss of withdrawal.. but my first with this demon. I’m planning to titrate down and then take an extra two days off work (giving me four total) to get through worst of it. I’m hoping to god I can get through this and be able to return to work and not end up in another rehab/psych ward.

Six months of starting from the ground up at a new upscale restaurant in Austin that opened in January. They hired me and a guy from Chicago and they vetted well during the hire process because he and I are seasoned dish veterans. Me and my partner have seen and been through a lot.. probably over 50 dishies come and go; it’s very high volume and not for everybody. There have been assaults, drug and alcohol crash outs from temps and a lot of blood sweat and tears. I had slipped discs, a trigger thumb on my right hand, a torn tendon in my left elbow, chemical burns, and severe arthritis in my hands and neck. There were a lot of four hour shutdowns at four in the morning because it was only us two some nights. Six months later, we have a good system in place and it works 💯

Today there are four of us in total, with three of us running per shift. Last Saturday my partner and I came in and we were told by management that our pay rate been bumped by three dollars more an hour, making it $21/hr. All those long nights and hard days really paid off. I love this restaurant and all the people I get work with and I’m just grateful to have been a part of something special from the jump.

Keep pushing my fellow dishes.. keep doing all the little extra things, even when no one is looking, walk in integrity, advocate for yourself because no one else will and always remember to finish strong! 💪🏽✌🏼

Can you guys recommend a mobile-mechanic to swap out a thumb throttle on my UrbanMax e-bike? I’m ordering the part on Friday and live in North Austin. A friend gifted the bike to me and I’ve never ridden one, otherwise I’d just do it it myself. I’m also in recovery and work full time and every dollar counts, so trying to find someone reliable and not terribly expensive. Thanks in advance
