So i have just purchased the above item, cannot wait to use when it arrives but until then i am stuck on what BBQ utensils, tools set to purchase via Amazon. I am cautious about scratching the ceramic or likewise on this product so i dont want to buy any stainless steel. Would silicone bbq set do the job?

Non EE customer. Just received the phone today I had bought off their website but needed to return today. Called them up and returned tomorrow morning via return label. However, as I was annoyed about how rude the call handler was to me and misinformed me until I spoke to someone else who was much clearer and helpful I went onto twitter to ask them of their policy of such returns. I had noticed a string of UK customers on there as well so didn't think much of a threat of a scam. They replied to me to DM and give them my number to call via WhatsApp. Not an issue as I've had companies use WhatsApp too. Now, I just received a call from the EE phone call handler of refunds I had told him that I am already sending the phone but I wish you could actually replace rather than refund so he stated I can help you but you need to download an app.worldremit. he sent me the link to download. I did that. Then he asked for the order reference number of the purchase via EE website I gave him that and of course my email address however I couldn't open an account cos he misspelt my name so I told him I can't log in then he said oh he done it wrong do it again now and I said no I'm stopping this I'm going to return as intend to and he was being pushy and I'm like nope it's fine and then I hang up the call. So he's got my email address. EE order reference and obviously my phone number but, I wasn't able to make an account via the app cos of the misspelling of my name in which I had tried 3 times with failure. All the while I was on speaker phone i was searching online if this is a scam and it was and I quickly stopped the call. Am I safe? 🙏🏽

This past 4 days my phone started switching off whenever I insert my charging cable and then it vibrates on and off to restart but doesn't actually restart. No screen or homepage comes on. I have to repeatedly press the power button and both buttons on left until it allows for reboot option and even then it just switches off and tries to restart repeatedly. One time I had done a wipe format and it still did the same thing anyways. My battery feels hot for sure and I've only had this phone for near 3 years now. I've lost all back ups etc when I thought I had IE) WhatsApp chats and documents in safe folder items. 😭 I've thought I post this now before it happens again! Any way to stop this please? Ps: I purchased oppo X9 pro and will receive it Tuesday and I do hope this issue won't be transferred onto this model as well otherwise I be very upset! It's been stressful

1st dose i used a syringe and then 2nd dose i wasted another needle (which i find more easier than a syringe) so another syringe i must. Has anyone had this dilemma aswell? The twist thingy when i load it up to 1 it doesnt push any liquid out for priming and it easily twists back to 0 again. Its like something inside it is broken. First time i have ever had that after 8 months being on this
