Which Upper/Lower Workout Schedule Is Better?
I'm running Lyle McDonald's Generic Bulking Routine. Which Upper/Lower split is the best schedule? I care a lot more about Upper body than Lower.
Sun: Upper
Mon: Lower
Tue: Rest
Wed: Upper
Thu: Rest
Fri: Lower
Sat: Rest
Or this?
