I’ll be traveling to UK for lodge business in July and I’ve been casually browsing lodges for sale on “explorelodges” lately.

It looks appealing on the surface, but I’m trying to figure out what lodge ownership is actually like on the grand scheme of things. Stuff like running costs, site fees, restrictions on use, and whether resale is realistic are some factors in consideration, since they seem to vary a lot depending on the park and contract.

If anyone here has gone through the process in UK, I’d love to hear from you and what you wish you knew before buying in your experience. TYIA.
