Sería llegar algo temprano al aeropuerto de GDL, aterrizando como a las 7:30. Hay transporte a manzanillo ahí del aeropuerto o tengo que entrar a la cuidad para de ahí conseguir un camión?

I love Willie’s cover of All of me, but it hasn’t convinced my partner. I’m curious what other songs have that vibe and could be a lovely wedding song, even if we don’t use one of that style.

Hello! I will be getting married in November of this year, 6 months from now (!!!) and we’re in the semi-start of the planning and organizing process.

Our friend recommended her wedding planner who she loves. We met with her and she’s lovely and we like her stuff, although I also feel she loads us with jargon when we ask questions and sometimes we feel like she’s avoiding answering certain budget related questions. She would be the equivalent of around 5k USD. That includes the discount she gave us for being recommended by a friend. She has 18 years experience in our town and has her own planning company.

On the other hand, my cousin is offering her services free. She lives a few hours away but is around fairly often, and would be even more if we chose to do it with her. She was a wedding planner in Italy for a few years before coming back to Mexico, but she still organizes wedding in Italy, in the US, she’s doing one in Bahamas etc. She’s very qualified. My concern is that she isn’t local, but she says it’s not a problem in her eyes. I have that doubt but I don’t know anything about weddings, but at least she would feel like I would have at least one person on my side in the seemingly shark infested waters that is the wedding industry.

So, what do y’all think? Is my cousin not being local and not knowing the suppliers as big as a problem as I think?
