How the hell do you get rid of stubborn back hyperpigmentation? I’m losing my mind

My back has been my biggest skincare blind spot for YEARS. During a really bad period with my mental health, my hygiene wasn’t great which=back pimples and I got into a habit of picking at bumps on my back as a coping mechanism. Now I’m left with really dark brown marks that have been there for as long as I can remember.
I’ve only recently started using The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% on my back (literally a few days ago), so obviously I haven’t seen results yet, but I’m desperate to fade these because they’ve seriously affected my confidence.
If you’ve dealt with stubborn back hyperpigmentation/post-acne marks, what actually worked for you and how long did it take? Is glycolic acid worth sticking with, or is there something better?
I really don’t want to go crazy with 10 different products and make it worse, especially since i’m brown so the spots would get even more ridiculously dark. (P.S the photograph is being generous, The spots are darker in real life)

I aim for Aramco and i’m torn between ITC and KFUPM

I’m torn between ITC and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).
If I join ITC, my plan is to graduate from it and then continue my bachelor’s degree through Aramco’s College Continuation Program. That way I feel like I’d be securing a job early on, and that really reassures me a lot because my main goal is ultimately Aramco.
But at KFUPM, I’m thinking about studying cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. However, after graduation there’s no same level of job security, and I might end up spending a long time looking for a job, I’m not sure. So I’m confused whether I should choose the “safe” path or the one that opens more options. Honestly, I’m also not even sure if ITC is actually a safe choice, because people keep saying it only leads me to becoming a technician when i desire to be an engineer.

Complete beginner looking for fitness advice

aight dude so im 18F, 5’4, 112 lbs, and according to the US Navy method im around 17.6% body fat (don’t know how accurate that is tho).
basically i wanna build an athletic feminine physique with capped shoulders and some muscle definition, but nothing crazy. i dont wanna look like a bodybuilder or have a shredded six pack or anything 💀 i just want moderate definition, a flat stomach, and an overall fit athletic look.
problem is ive never worked out before and my diet is straight up junk food and processed slop, so im probably malnourished lmao.
where should i start if this is the physique im aiming for? should i cut? should i bulk? I DONT KNOW.

Where do i even start?

Hey, I’m 18F, 5’4” and 112 lbs. Using the US Navy method my body fat comes out to around 17.6%. I’m pretty lean already but I’m completely untrained and want more definition/toning rather than getting bulky. Is it realistic to achieve that mostly with home workouts, or do I need a gym? how long would it take for muscle definition to show? If home workouts are enough, what would you recommend for a complete beginner to build some muscle definition without focusing on much size?

First Time Doing Batman Face Paint 😅

Hey guys, I have literally zero face painting or drawing experience, but I tried doing a Batman face paint for fun. What do you think? (also sorry that’s the only footage i have of it before i removed it)

I need help with my current physique

18F, 5’4, 112 lbs. I’m pretty lean already(18-20% body fat according to the navy method) and not really interested in getting bigger or bulky. I’m mainly looking for more definition and a toned look. I’m also untrained and completely new to fitness. Is it realistic to get noticeable definition with home workouts, or would I need a gym? If home workouts are enough, what should I focus on as a beginner?

Does a wide smile really mean a wide palate?

I've been wondering about this. When I smile, you can see 8 front teeth, but my intermolar width is only about 38 mm (measured at the gingival margin), which seems narrow.
People often link a wider smile to a wider palate, so how can I still show a lot of teeth when smiling with that measurement?

Is smile width about more than palate width? My case seems to contradict the rule.

I’ve been confused about this for a while. When I smile, you can see 8-9 of my front teeth, but my intermolar width is only around 38 mm (measured at the gingival margin), which seems pretty narrow based on what I’ve read.

A lot of people seem to associate a wider smile with a wider palate, so I’m curious how I can still have good tooth exposure with a relatively narrow measurement. Could things like facial structure, arch shape, or the position of the teeth play a bigger role than intermolar width by itself?

hey so i’m trying to figure out two things abt my face, is it down grown and do i have enough forward projection or nah. i already aligned the pic using the frankfurt plane so it should be accurate, but i still can’t tell if im just overthinking it. to me it kinda looks like it might be a bit down grown and not as projected as it should be but idk. i might consider orthodontics later so i just want honest opinions and what u guys see
