Hi I want to know what is the process of buying small size commercial place that can be given on rent? Is it profitable? Due to health conditions, I need to rely more on income through investment but I don't have huge amount for investing too. Let's say size 10 by 10 shop.

I am trying to save stray dog. I reached out to multiple NGOs , municipal corporation, and all social media. I speak with people regarding it. My father says it's a shameful thing and also I am inviting people to home to rob or kill all of them. Apart from his lunatic thoughts and assumptions, I just hate how inhuman he is. I live in apartment with few families. If I play the music even on low volume it's audible slightly to 1 or 2 of them. They will say: I am free. I lie about me having my own business. Sometimes, they immediately call up to join them for gossip wherein they talk often bad about others. So, playing all favorite songs is no more freedom. If we play devotional songs in the morning, they say we are too loud. We own the house. There is another house with tenants. When tenants do prayers or play devotional music, they call it loud but if these neighbors and secretary are all close ones. They themselves can play music loudly even in late night during their functions and other days, every morning devotional songs on loud volume so that's fine. I feel frustrated to live in at a place wherein I can't listen to music of my own choice at anytime. Have to be always scared of what others will judge me.
I keep getting tyre pressure warning. I fill up air often due to it and company says ignore the warning. Should I really avoid it or is there any solution to it?
Why Hyundai doesn't care about customers? I tried reaching out to dealers on call, they didn't respond. I sent mail they asked my name and vin after 4 days and never responded back. I reached out to them on twitter multiple times through inbox and comments, they are ignoring me. Any Hyundai person here that would recommend me official way to clarify my queries. Rest of the things were never serviced but still the latest query needs to be responded. Update: Since, everyone commenting on reach out to dealers and go inside building instead of online. I have visited showrooms multiple times. I also contact them directly. I only reach out to main ones, when these people don't provide service.
