My student finance money was taken away because I wasn't in the UK for 3 years before starting, so now I have to pay it all myself. I currently owe over £10,000.
Does anyone have any advice on what I can do? Are there any special scholarships, hardship funds, or ways to talk to the school about making a payment plan? Thank you!

Not happy with the guest washroom but needed a way to keep it airy and private.
Client asked for a floor plan to this image he saw online. I want to work out the spatial configuration first but the guest washroom is something I'm worried about. Food prep area and wc do not mix well. I'm thinking of tucking in some corner somewhere and allow for sunlight and ventilation.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a recent concept render I put together.
Whether you are building a home back on the continent, moving out here, or just highly inspired by African design, my common goal was making this space feel uniquely ours.
With this living space, my goal was to fuse Minimalist Wabi-Sabi with an African-inspired narrative. At the heart of the room is the Centric Silence portrait, serving as the visual anchor. I used a warm, earth-toned palette, rich natural textures, and traditional sculptural elements to give it a grounded, tropical yet homely feel.
If you are planning a project or just love modern African aesthetics, I’d love to hear your thoughts on this style!

This was just shared with me to make corrections. I’m thinking of adding a guest powder room between the two washrooms. Add a bigger dining table to reduce the negative spaces and make the kitchen bigger.
