so i was messing around on google street view and noticed these huge letters above what is now nq64 on merrion street, im assuming it's a victorian advert, but i can't work out what it's supposed to be an advert for, or what the bottom text says. can anyone help me?

I have a specific memory of a certain contestant on either bgt or x factor from the mid/late 2000s to early 2010s, which was around the time I watched it a lot with my family. From my memory, she was a little blonde girl, around 8 years old, and her name could have possibly been hero (really not sure on that one though). A specific memory I have is of one of the judges hugging her and saying "you're going to Wembley!" while the girl was crying, which makes me think she made it through to the live shows/finals. She also was a harpist, or at least performed with a harp on one occasion. I can't find ANYTHING about this girl online. Does anyone know who she could have been? Thank you :)
