Recommendation letter

Is the recommendation letter supposed to be in arabic or english or both? And does it have to be filled using a pen or on a computer? I will be applying for ug admissions next year through the sat track as an international student.

IELTS or TOEFL

Is anyone among them preferred by the university?

Is it advantageous to get a high score (above the minimum required) like 8/8.5 in IELTS or 110 in TOEFL or do they just check if the candidate has got above the minimum?

Does drinking salt water cure headaches?

Saw a guy on instagram saying that the brain doesn't feel pain & the pain signals come from its outer covering - dura due to its contraction & stretching. He also says thta 85% of the migrain patients he has treated were deficient in sodium. So he had them drink salt water & their headaches went into permanent remission. He further goes on to say that we are hydrated when we have water in our tissues not in our blood & it is the sodium gradient that determines if water enters or leaves our tissues & as the body hydrates the dura relaxes & the headaches are gone. Is this true?

Admission process & sat score

I am a high school graduate from india looking to pursue my bachelors degree at ksu. They have added the sat as a requirement this year, so will the admission process be entirely based on sat like kfupm or will high school gpa, extracurriculars, personal statement & lors be taken into consideration?

What sat score should i aim for? I want to get into Bsc Chemsitry.

Thank you

Material Science or Chemistry

I want to pursue a career in material science/nanotechnology but i am not sure about what major to choose for my ug studies. I have heard that chemistry graduates can opt for material science in their masters course. So, should i choose chemistry as my major or material science and engineering as extremely few unis offer material science and engineering as an ug major?

Also, will i need a phd or is a masters enough for a good job?

If i do choose to get a phd, what are its perks over just a masters degree

Material science engineering or chemistry

I am a student from india. I want to have a future in material science. So, should i opt for a material science engineering degree or a bsc chemistry degree as chemistry graduates can enroll in a masters degree in material science? Also, getting admission into material science is more difficult that chemistry.

I want to study on a full scholarship. Will choosing chemistry over material science increase my chances?

Difference between Electrochemical, Galvanic & Voltaic cell

What is the difference between electrochemical, galvanic and voltaic cell?

My book says that electrochemical cell converts electrical energy to chemical energy & vice versa for galvanic cell.

Google says that galvanic cell is a sub category of electrochemical cell.

Which one is correct?
