I want to build a couple of internal AI agents to automate our outbound prospecting, but I need to keep the running costs as low as possible (ideally free or cheap pay-as-you-go).

Here is the workflow I'm trying to build:

Agent 1 (The Tech Scout): Needs to take a list of company domains, run a reverse DNS/MX record lookup, and identify what email service provider they use (e.g., free Gmail, Yahoo, or legacy hosting). If they use a basic setup, flag them as a lead for a Google Workspace or Zoho migration pitch.

Agent 2 (The Researcher & Writer): Scrapes the flagged company's website to understand what they do, and writes a short, highly personalized cold email pitching our mail solutions or recruitment services.

I'm comfortable with open-source tools, Python, or self-hosted low-code platforms.

What is the best, most cost-effective stack to build this right now?

Would love any recommendations on how to handle the MX lookup and website scraping at scale without hitting expensive paywalls.

We need to transfer everything over:

\* Emails

\* All files and data from Zoho WorkDrive (including shared/team folders)

\* Calendars

\* Contacts

I know Google has a built-in free tool for emails, but since we need to move WorkDrive files (with permissions intact), calendars, and contacts for a thousand people, we definitely need a solid third-party tool.

Has anyone done this specific Zoho-to-Google move at this scale? What tool did you use, and how did it go? I've looked at BitTitan and CloudM and others, but doesn't have what what I am looking for. Looking for something actually works best without losing data or messing up folder permissions.

To clarify, I was really just looking for tool suggestions and advice on how to execute this ourselves. That being said, I am open to outsourcing the work, but definitely not for the $10,000+ quotes I've been receiving. If you provide this service and can do it for a reasonable cost (around $1 to $2 per user), feel free to reach out. Otherwise, I'm just looking for software recommendations!

I'm currently setting up MailWizz for a new cold email campaign and I want to make sure I’m not missing anything critical before I go live.

I’m trying to keep the setup relatively pocket-friendly, but I know that cutting too many corners usually leads to the spam folder. I'd love to hear from anyone who has a solid self-hosted workflow.

Specifically, I’m looking for suggestions on:

• Hosting: Where are you guys running MailWizz? I was thinking of a basic VPS like Vultr or DigitalOcean—is that enough, or is there a better budget-friendly pick?
