Up until yesterday autoplay worked perfectly, but today it doesn’t. I haven’t changed anything, not the settings or the device or anything. And i’m watching the same show.

The autoplay feature of course is on (and i tried turning it on and off) and the autoplay preview does pop up. However if i click next episode, it just prompts me to select the stream as opposed to playing the next episode. I’m watching on tv, using google tv. Any solutions for this, what could’ve caused this when i’ve made no changes? Thanks.

No way people (men) are still lying about their heights on dating apps? I was chatting with this guy on hinge for about a week, we were having good conversations, and then agreed to meet.

This guy put his height as 1.88m (6’2) and i’m 1.80 (5’11) and had it on my profile. I show up to the date and this guy is exactly my height, if not shorter? I didn’t call him out and kept the date quite short, but did he genuinely think i wouldn’t notice? And if you lie about your height, why would you then date tall girls who are absolutely going to notice?

Bit of a rant as this has never happened to me and i find it so weird that people would lie about these things 😭😭

Edit: obviously the height isn’t the problem, the lying is. And man, the comments make me wonder how i haven’t experienced this before!!

I recently tried a new deodorant, and it absolutely does not hold sweat, and i feel like it makes me smell even worse than if i wasn’t wearing deodorant 😭 so need i even say that i absolutely will not be even hate panning it. It is almost completely full though, and it would really pain me to throw it away. I may be grasping at straws here, but is there any alternative/creative uses for deodorant? Or should i just bin it & accept the loss??

I’ve been seeing some posts from this sub on my feed and i started looking through it. It’s such a popular sub and seems like everyone loves Rhode and are so excited about the products, to the point where the brand is almost being idolized. I’ve looked on their website, and all their products seem quite standard? Granted, i’ve never tried their products, so maybe they are just that good.

But i’m genuinely wondering, what is it about this brand and its products that make it so worth all this hype, speculation, and excitement? Is it Hailey? Is it the aesthetics? Is it the products? I’d genuinely love to know!!

Any reccomendations for cute modest swim wear? I’m looking for a tankini style bikini top with shorts-style bottoms. Only cute ones i keep seeing are shein/temu and i’m not buying from there 😭 all other ones are either plus-size or clearly made for aunties, which is fine, but neither of those is what i’m looking for. So reccomend me actual cute tankinis/shorts bikinis!! Preferably not super expensive!!<3

I just found a shirt i’d been looking for for a while. It was listed 4 years ago, so i made sure it was still available, and the seller replied yes. It was listed for 20€ and i offered 15€, reasonable in my opinion and the value of the item i’d say is about 15€. The seller declined and offered 19,50€, saying it’s the final price. Like seriously, you’ve had this item for sale for 4 years and most you can discount is 50 cents?😭 the item has like 3 likes so not like there’s a huge demand. No wonder she hasn’t sold it.

Has anyone noticed sellers doing this? Like if you have tried to sell something for years, surely you’d want to compromise a bit on the price when there’s a potential buyer? Especially when we’re not talking about a high value item.

And yes, i know i could just buy it full price, but i always haggle first lol as usually people tend to accept. I don’t plan on buying it now as honestly the 50 cents of discount pissed me off 💔

Literally the title. I visited my boyfriends parents house for the first time yesterday. I went to use the bathroom and the toilet was nasty, so many poop streaks and marks. It was flushed though. I was weirded out as their house is otherwise really clean and they (as well as my bf) are very hygienic. I assumed it was a one time thing, somebody just forgot, ok, fine. I clean the toilet and move on. Later, I go to use a different bathroom, and the toilet looks the same. I’m thinking this is surely the same person who just forgot.

I told my bf about it, saying that i know it’s embarrasing etc., but think someone is forgetting to clean the toilet after themselves. He doesn’t seem to understand what i mean, and i explain to him.

He looks at me confused and answers that the toilet only gets cleaned once every few weeks, because ”it’s a toilet, it will always get dirty and it will never be clean”. I was so confused, i thought he was joking or something, but we continued talking about it and basically he says that in his family that’s how they’ve always done it: if you leave marks in the toilet, you don’t clean, as the next person is bound to do the same, and you just clean all of it at once in a week or so.

I told him that this is not ok, and that it’s unhygienic and just gross. He got offended, like i was mocking him and his family. I told him i wasn’t, i was just very surprised and put off out by this kind of a habit, as i’d never heard about or seen anything like it before. He told me i was ”overly hygienic” and trying to ”shame his family”.

I honestly find this absolutely disgusting. I think it’s the bare minimum to clean up the toilet after yourself when you poop? It doesn’t even need to be with toilet cleaner, just a toilet brush and soap, it takes literally a minute. I explained this to him and he just shrugged it off repeating the reasoning above, that it’s easier to clean it all at once.

My boyfriend has a black toilet, so marks are not very visible. Now i’m forced to think what the color masks, and what kind of a nasty toilet i’ve sat on everytime i’ve used his toilet….

AIO, is this a normal thing? Am i just ”overly hygienic”?
