What are the best tutorials for studio one

Hi guys,

I just bought the motion 32, and in trying to learn how to use it and how to use studio one. I got the basics without needing any tutorials but I'd like to learn how to use everything in studio one. Any recommended tutorials?

Thanks

Is there a way to close a live chat with support?

I have an issue on my account. I was on a chat with support, and the agent told me that he will transfer the case and someone will join the chat soon, and then left the chat. No one ever joined, and now I can't open new case because I already have a live chat with support. But I'm the only one in the live chat. I've been trying to close the chat for the past 2 weeks but I can't find any way to do it.

7 months since I started working out

I know it's not a huge difference, but I feel so much healthier. It took me a while to realize that I need to have a better diet if I want to see results

Daily driving a 15 years old Skoda?

I'm looking to buy a new (used) car, and I came across this 2012 Skoda with a 3.6l vr6 engine. I test drove it and fell in love with how it sounds and how smooth it is. The car has 130,000km and I could buy it for a really cheap price because of the high road tax here. My question is, how reliable would this car be (especially since I live in very humid climate)?

My scale claims that I have 18% BFP

Im 180cm, 74kg. I started working out in January 2026, gained a bit of weight and started a cut 1 month ago so I would look a bit more lean for the summer. My question is should I keep cutting, or should I just maintain for the whole summer and go on a bulk in September? I don't have much muscle so I'm afraid cutting more will make me look too skinny.

2012 Super B Combi 3.6 L&K

I'm thinking of buying this 2012 SuperB Combi 3.6, currently for sale for around the equivalent of 2000euros. 120000km. I don't know much about Skoda but I went for a test drive and I fell it love with the engine. It reminds me of my old LS460. The owner only has service history from the past 2 years. Does that seem like a decent deal? Is there anything specific that I should check (or that I should mention during the pre sale inspection)? I've only owned Japanese cars so I'm a bit worried about long term reliability on a older, high mileage european car. I'm planning to use it as my only car, but I only drive on weekends (I dirve about 15k km per year)

Thanks

The Food Log is awesome

I know it's a feature that has been available for a while in some region, but it showed up yesterday in the app for me. The fact that I can log my food by voice or by taking a picture makes it so much faster than the other apps.

What's funny is that I was looking for an upgrade to my Active Edge but didn't want to get an Amazfit again because of the food log feature missing here. So I downloaded the Samsung and Huawei health app and started to log my food on both to compare which one would be the best, and the next day the food log showed up on the Zepp app.

Now just need to figure out if I want to update to the balance or the balance 2

Oppo Watch S/ Oneplus watch lite

Anyone owns this watch? I really like the way it looks but I can pick up an Amazfit Balance for a cheaper price and it seems to have more features.

I also really like the fact that I can track food directly on the Zepp app, while it doesn't seem to be available of the Ohealth app.

Beside style, is there any reason to go for the Watch S/Lite over a cheaper Amazfit watch?

There are too many watches, I don't know which one is for me.

I'm looking for an upgrade to my Active Edge but there are way too many choices, I'm so confused.

The cheapest watch I can buy is the balance 1, which seems like a really good upgrade even though it's a couple of years old.

The T-Rex 3 and Active Premium/Max are a little bit more expensive but i don't really understand what features they have that the balance doesn't (beside stuff like biocharge but I don't really care about that).

I only use my watch to see notifications when riding motorcycle, and for tracking sleep and heart rate when I'm weightlifting. I'm planning to buy the Helio strap as well for better tracking once it's available in my country, but I'm really confused on which watch would be the best for me.

Going from a 2014 Versys 1000 to a vulcan S?

Hi guys,

My current bike is a 2014 Versys 1000. I ride it every day, even when it's raining and through the winter when the temperature drops to 10°C (50°F). I live in Taiwan where it rains a lot. While I really enjoy riding the Versys, gas and maintenance are starting to get expensive.

I'm thinking about downgrading to a Vulcan S because I like the cruiser style a lot more. I actually had a Ninja 650 before, so I know what to expect from the engine, but I'm not sure how the Vulcan S handles riding daily in heavy rain.

I know the Versys is objectively the better choice for weather protection and commuting, but my question is: can the Vulcan S handle daily heavy rain, or will the cruiser ergonomics make it a nightmare in the wet?

Why isn't the Versys more Iconic?

I own a 2014 Versys 1000 and I love it. It’s probably teh best bike I’ve owned.

On my ride to work today, I was thinking: why isn’t the Versys more iconic like the Ninja or the BMW GS for example.

My theory is that it comes down to identity.

The older models had a bit of a weird but unique look, but the newer ones (especially post-facelift) feel like they’ve drifted into just being a tall Ninja. It looks good, but maybe not distinctive enough to stand out or build a strong identity.

Also I feel like the Versys is a smart choice, but not an emotional one. It's kind of in between a sport bike and a touring bike, when people would likely buy either a "real" sport bike or a "real" touring bike.

Curious what you all think
