The area was relatively quiet, with only a few people passing by. Near the side of the walkway, a small hotdog stand stood beneath a simple umbrella.
Behind the stand was Sans, casually leaning against the counter with his usual laid-back grin. A small pile of freshly cooked hotdogs sat beside him, filling the air with a delicious smell.

I've been thinking about this lately. Mugman is just a scaredypants who is scared to fight and he must fight with some other character so i think him having the Nightmare form will cover his weakness
Berdly was in some arcade literally challenging anyone to defeat him in Super Smashing Fighters. He is kinda unstopable
